No problems item was what I expected at reasonable cost

I've purchased other cartridges because of the price and had to come back to the original!

I found the cartridge somewhat difficult to install and it was very very expensive; almost the same price as the printer itself. There is no need for printer cartridges to be that expensive.

I have had no clogging issues using genuine HP ink with my HP printer. The XL cartridges are a better buy giving a larger yield of print looking at the print/cost ratio.

HP ink.... works as advertised. Wish it lasted a little longer. Last private label ink messed up my HP printer.

The HP printer cartridge obviously works well with the new HP printers. I haven't seen yet how long the cartridge it will last, but the cartridge was on sale at Best Buy at the time so I picked it up. I do believe next time I will try a generic printer cartridge because of the price difference.

Always the best brand For me. I have tried other brands and this one is the one that works for me.

Does the job for all your printing needs. Best Buy was the only place I could find this particular refill.

The HP cartridges work very well. I have tried the others and I find them to be substandard

The XL ink cartridge is a must have to make sure you don’t have to run out and get another cartridge so fast.

The ink is ok. I think that the ink is overpriced and that you don't get your money's worth out of it. Seems like the ink doesn't last that long and you go through it pretty fast

The Ink itself is fine, but like ank ink cartridge I've bought in the last 20 years the printer indicates empty but theres still ink left in the cartridge. That and Best Buy seems to be the only brick and mortar place locally that I can get it.

I purchased this in cartridge as it is the one that is for my new printer..so far the initial ink cartridge is working fine so the one to replace it should work fine too

I buy all my supplies at Best Buy for my printer. They carry the recommended toner and are always very helpful making sure you get the right one for your printer.

Tried buying the nonXL version and it did not last as long. HP ink is a little pricey, but always works with the printer.

HP serving the printer needs with a longer life print cartridge, although some days it may almost be cheaper to just buy a new printer
