Saw a promo online for ink. Had planned to do errands later in the day & thought that this way I could have the ink in hand! While in the store, I could NOT find the #s I needed so went looking for help. The desk people were wonderful. They verified the promo I had a copy of said the store would honor the price & eagerly placed the order for me. They had it shipped directly to my home. NICE!!!!! The ink I needed was never in question. We always use HP ink. The service at the Racine store - phenomenal!!!!! They were so very helpful, accommodating, & wiling to work with me. Hands down the best bunch of staff I have worked with in a long time! Great Job!

I received the ink on the date that I was told I would. Both times I've ordered it, it has come right on time and in good condition. I will most likely order all of my ink from Best Buy now.

I've used this exact number cartridge for over ten years for the same printer. Sometimes I'll get a cartridge and the colors are rich and true. Other times, the colors will be off (the blues look more green, the reds more pink or orange). I'm not sure if that would be due to how long the cartridges have been sitting around on the shelf before I've purchased them, or how/where the cartridges were manufactured. In any case, they are not always consistent. Also, if you want the colors to be deep and rich you do have to print on the 'best' setting. The colors will always be light and faded if you print on 'draft.'

It is much more economical to buy an XL cartridge.

I only use HP original ink cartridges and my printer has lasted for years. I had ordered these online at Best Buy and they arrived in perfect condition and as advertised. Best ink to use with HP printers. Longer lasting ink with the XL cartridges.

I tried buying a generic store brand of tone one time and my HP all in one printer keep giving me error messages and rejecting the toner. It was just cheaper than the HP brand, not better. I will never leave HP toner again!

If you get 75 in Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow, you gotta go with the XL as it is much better value.

Good colors in the beginning of the use. The ink is expensive and runs out after prints up ultimate about 20 - 30 pages. I also experience from my HP computer that the cartridges are counterfeit. Why I don’t know because I only purchase the HP ink cartridges.
