    I opened up the package by HAND! The cardboard was easy to tear, a huge plus. The cartridge was wrapped in plastic and opened just as easily. The break-off lever was orange and was recyclable. After replacing the cartridge, the printer cycled and I was ready to print. I tried the test page and all went as planned. The black ink is solid, and I highly recommend.

    Again, this black cartridge works fine. The one I bought online had to be returned because it was damaged.

    Great quality of ink. when my printer went out I purposely bought another printer that uses this same ink. it last a long time and price is good. I normally are on auto refill through HP but when I've need to run out and buy price is reasonable.

    If you're going to print at home, you're going to need ink (and most likely lots of it). I've never had any problem with these cartridges. They're easy to use and provide decent quality. These cartridges can be costly, so try to get them on sale!

    HP Black Ink902 easy to insert in new printer. Since it’s a new printer I don’t know how many uses I’ll get prior to having to replace. Very clear copies.

    The quality is good. The value is not bad for the money and it couldn't be easier install. Too bad I can't get Cyan, Magenta and Yellow cartridges through Best Buy as well. I'd really prefer to buy them all thru Best Buy. HP902 is hard to find.

    Our old HP printer finally died and we replaced with a new HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. Ink cartridges never seem to last real long. So far so good with the printer and ink combo though. No problems installing the cartridges and the ink looks good on paper. Nothing else to say - you need to print - you'll need printer ink.
