Great laptop for the price excellent for college students and gamers

I want to give best buy props for excellent service. I had a problem with this pc. the keyboard stopped working, defect I suppose. they took it back with no questions and I had to reorder a new one. I got it just a couple of days later and I have no problems. its working flawlessly

We got this laptop for my daughter to use at college. So far it has been great! It has a lot of features that a teen/college student would like.

I love everythinh about it. Easy to use with alot of extra features!

good overall except for the weight. the key board letters in red is an issue in a dimly lit room. multitasking is great.

The computer is user friendly and works great wuth the Nokia phones. Best bang for the buck choosing this laptop.

This is a nice laptop with all the features that I was looking for, There are a couples issues. One the Internet wifi keeps dropping and it not the system. The other issue is that the red keys are hard to read during the day. Other than that its a great laptop.

It was a gift.Purchased for my Mom, didn't want her lifting the one she had, to heavy and with the lightweight handling of this she can go anywhere in the house .

Like the overall appearance and red backlit keys. Sound is good and response is quick.

when moving the curser with the keyboard, it sometimes activates stuff on the touch screen, which pauses games randomly, among other things. Internet keeps dropping and when I run diagnostics it sometimes informs me that my internet 'switch' is turned off (which I did not do) and then I have to get everything turned back on, which is annoying. Also, NOT loving Windows 8 AT ALL. Also the DVD player won't play anything.

Perfect for what I needed. Amazing laptop for watching movies.

I use this computer for school and everyday use for projects and web browsing. Wonderful features and value.

I bought this because i needed a laptop and it was fairly cheap and it looked great with it's 8gb of ram it is pretty quick but it is far from a gaming computer but beyond that it is great for most anything related to school or basic uses

overall good laptop. definitely for the music savy

Its a nice laptop. I had a issue with drivers getting disable not by me. it just disappeared from my computer. I called support and issue got fixed. Hope will not happen again

Nice laptop for the price. i like the lit up red key board without it would be hard to see. Sound system is nice as well.

looks great, has a lot of memory and it is quick. the only thing i did not like is that it is not as loud as i expected. i thought maybe being a beats collab, it would have louder sound.

I am satisfied with this purchase for the price. The screen size is large and the touch pad is very sensitive. I would recommend a mouse to accompany this computer.
