I actually just bought the updated version of my old printer which I’ve had for about six years. The only reason I needed a new printer is because my old one stopped talking to my wireless router. It wasn’t printing on command anymore, and the paper feeder was constantly jammed. I had to get up and make sure that it would feed correctly. So it was on its way out, but it was a pretty reliable printer, and I knew getting the updated version was going to be a great transition. This one prints very smoothly, very quietly, set up took less than five minutes on the app. I didn’t know that the ink was going to be that much different and cost that much more and I only print for myself so automatic refills aren’t necessary for me. The space it takes up is the same so I’m really not losing anything. I love the clear prints and as with all HP printers in the past it’s very reliable. I wanted to give a 4 1/2 star rating but the system doesn’t let you. It’s not a perfect printer but I think it’s better than most. I also bought a new stand for it so it could be a little more accessible

I read bad reviews regarding this item. Need to exchange and/or return/refund. Box has never been opened and printer was never used. As a 70-year-old individual with a disability and severe illness, I am experiencing significant challenges in my daily life. My condition includes spinal and rheumatoid arthritis, which have severely impacted my mobility and overall health. I am illiterate when it comes to using new updated equipment. I don’t need nor want any monthly maintenance, updates, subscription nor membership. Please help resolve this issue soon.

This HP - DeskJet 2955 Wireless AI-Enabled All-in-One Inkjet Printer is the FIRST printer I have been able to effortlessly set up and use wireless without the aid of a computer! Out of the box this compact printer looks great. I scanned to QR code, downloaded the HP printer app to my iPhone, followed all set up instructions and was printing in about 15mins. I have had a fair amount of printers that claim to be able to print without needing a computer, claim set up is easy and simple…. They have all fallen so short and left me frustrated and disappointed! This HP - DeskJet 2955 Wireless AI-Enabled All-in-One Inkjet Printer did not disappoint. I connected quickly during set up to my home WiFi network and was able to print photos and files directly from my phone and iPad with no issues! This printer is fairly compact and doesn’t take up a lot of room on my desk. I like that the tray that hold the paper tucks away when you’re not using it. Print quality is great for an inkjet printer, the colors matched my photos very well. Text on printed documents is crisp and clear. This is the first printer that hasn’t let me down! I have been able to print with no issues from multiple devices on my home network. I have been excited to print some of my favorite photos and have enjoyed putting them up at work to see throughout my day. I can quickly make copies or scan documents into my computer if needed. The scanner works perfectly and the quality of the scanned images are great. This HP - DeskJet 2955 Wireless AI-Enabled All-in-One Inkjet Printer is definitely my favorite actual wireless printer to date!

The deskjet 2955 wireless all in one printer is the most basic, user friendly, clean looking printer I’ve had in a while. Very affordable in the ranges of most hp printers. You can scan print and copy which are the main functions that I use. The scan comes out very clear. I make sure to clean the glass before each copy and scan. I feel like that preserves the glass. The size is really good for smaller offices with not a lot of desk space. I already at the hp app, so activating and connecting the printer was super easy. In fact I forgot to remove my old printer. Hah As with any printer depending on how much you print, replacing ink can get pricey. Also if you own and business and need faster prints, this isn’t for you. I will print and go off to do something else because if I watch it print it’s like watching paint dry. Hah I think it’s hold enough paper to complete 3/4 print small projects. Won’t hold a ton of paper which lends to its compact size. Over all this is a great basic printer.

M HP Deskjet 2955 is very fast and efficient. It is lightweight, compact, does not take up a lot of space, and my documents are perfect. I was surprised at how easy it was to install the ink cartridges that came with it. I loved the easy to follow set up instructions.

The DeskJet 2955 is a mixed bag, its good for certain things and has some major issues which need to be corrected. The GOOD The app layout and the setup for the printer was simple and easy, took me less than 5 mins to complete. Where the printer exceeded all my expectations was how simple it was to setup remote printing/secure printing/adding individual users. All I needed to set this up was an HP account. The printer is lightweight and the app set up is great, visually and functionally. I did notice HP requires alot of permission to get everything to work correctly though. The prints were decent when they came out and I didn’t notice any distortions/ink bleed. The BAD While the printer is easy to set up and use the response times are horrible. I tried printing from my phone/laptop when at home and away and it would take at least 15 secs for the print to start. Not only is the printer sluggish when receiving prints so is the application, it froze a lot and I had to constantly exit and restart the app. The DeskJet 2955 excels when it comes to setting up business style printing ;however, the amount software issues make it almost unbearable to use.

I have had a great experience with this HP printer. The setup was quick and easy, the print quality is sharp and clear, printing documents and photos beautifully. It’s wireless, reliable, and very convenient. An excellent machine with great value for the price.

This printer has been a true lifesaver. It totally punches well above its weight in terms of price and quality. I love the quick and easy setup as well as the AI-dricen features.

Installing the ink cartridges is difficult, you almost have to stand printer upright to access. It’s a bad fit for location I need it to fit in. It doesn’t automatically pull paper back in to do a 2 sided paper print. I would not purchase again for those reasons.
