I bought this few year me ago and I’m still satisfied how great this product is and customer support

This was a great purchase for daughter in college, dorm room with the compatibility to Mac laptop and Alexa

Seems to be working well for my daughter. We haven't tried to print anything in color yet.

You can't go wrong with this all-in-one printer! HP is one of the best out there, very easy to set up and use. Great product!

This printer is small. If you don’t have space is good, but it is ok. It does the job.

I like this printer way, way better than the hp 4152e. I had to get the furst o e reaces a d the other new one did work but like twice. This new ome was way easler ti set up and run.. i recommend!

Although the ink cost is high, the freedom and convenience that the wireless function gives made it absolutely worth it.

Great first time and light printing choice. For medium and heavy duty printing. Needed it for printing home school materials and should have invested in more heavy duty printer. But will make do with this and run out of ink pretty quickly

I had problem with my old printer, so I bought this one. This is the best printer ever. Easy to set up and use. I can print from my phone also.

Product is as described. Easy step up. Copies are clear and prints quickly. Compact size. Reasonable pricing for this product.

There is nothing wrong with the printer itself but I would NOT sign up for the instant ink service ever again I feel so cheated. After finding out how this service truly worked I cancelled my service. Prior to me cancelling the rep told me I would no longer be able to use my free instant ink they sent me until I restore service. I asked if I was able to use the ink that it came with they told me yes and if I had an issue I could unplug it and start to print again. The very next day orange light blinking on printer info page states issue with instant ink acct. and won’t print anything. Tried computer generated virtual agent no help called and spoke to live agent who told me to do exactly what the virtual agent said with no resolution. Fixed myself but everyday have to do the same fix which requires two pages of information to print before it will work. This is unfair and a waste of my time, ink and paper. Will be calling Hp to see about a replacement or refund!!!!

Reliable but very slow to print documents. Would recommend for 1-2 pages in home printing.

Very compact and great print quality. Would recommend for a budget printer.

For the price it wasn’t bad. The ink goes fast but being part of the ink program isn’t bad at all. You spend less being part of the program than buying ink at a high price. It’s a small printer and light weight.

I like that this printer is small enough to carry on the road with me. However, it was a bit difficult to set up because it comes with just the power cord, I had to get creative to connect it to my device's USB port.
