I would've given it 4 stars but getting it hooked up to my computer was a nightmare. I followed all the instructions went on hp website, nothing worked. I eventually had to call customer service who eventually got me hooked up. Them when I asked about connecting it to my phone, I was told that Rep could not help me I would have to call back & ask for mobile help. Too much hassle for me. On the plus side it prints well & fast enough, no issues there.

Compact size. Good quality print and good prices for printer cartridges.

This printer was the cheapest I could find and it has worked extremely well for over a year without complaints. I would definitely recommend it.

Slow, poor print quality, confusing instructions. I will be returning this printer.

How printer for the price, hours through ink faster than I thought it would and the replacement cartridges are pricey.

this printer appears to be a good quality but you if you do not have wireless internet you will not be able to hook the printer up through your phone or PC or anything it won't even let you hardwire it

I would give this printer zero stars but I can’t. When I read the reviews I was optimistic but some were good and some bad. So I purchased the printer and from the start it was trouble. It was hard to connect but I finally got it connected and working. Then it ran out of ink quickly and kept losing the internet connection. Then when printing it cut off about an inch of the bottom of my paper. When I realized it and wanted to return it my 15 days was up. Normally stores give you 30 days. When I called customer service they said if I was a paid rewards member I would have got more days to return the item. Why should I have to pay to get my return days increased. Customer service sent me to HP to trouble shoot the problem. They were no help either. Would not recommend!

My HP 8000 series printer took a dump, and replaced it with this model as it was cheap. It’s fast, works great, photos on photo paper come out good. I’ll probably replace it with a new 8000 series as I sell my photo cards, but this little guy does okay! P.S. I have not tried the scan feature.

We love the printer once I got it set up. I ended up buying a cord so that I could set it up on my non-wireless desktop. Once I had it set up I unplugged the cord and we can use it wireless or with anything that is connected to our home network.

Bought in a pinch for son at school. Works well. Haven’t been able to figure out how to make copies of a form. Printing is good

Love this little printer! I don’t print much at home so it was perfect for us. If you print a lot and need it fast this might not be the printer for you.

Good little printer. Somewhat a challenge to get set up with wi-fi, but once done it works. Good speed and economical.

I love the size. I love the color... Wish I could use it it is so hard to install. Guess I need to get Geek Squad on this item UGH

Great printer, but beware of HPinstaink the printer will stop working if the web service light starts to blink. Currently trying to contact HP to resolve issue with ink account so I can print with my new printer.

Copier is accurate and faster than many that sell for much more

This printer works perfectly for my home office. I wish I would’ve paid more attention before and noticed that this does not print on both front and back. But for the price I love that you can scan things you can also print things I also have taught myself with this printer to print on envelopes and index cards.

Very easy to use and the quality of the prints are good
