The printer doesn’t hold up to the standards I’m used to with HP products, the printer doesn’t connect with WiFi like other printers I’ve used in the past to be wireless I have to turn in and off the network connection and then go through an install for the printer to print my document

This product does not work well as an all in one. I am constantly having trouble scanning and making copies. Everything e I try to scan it says I have not downloaded the software despite the face I HAVE done just that 4 time. It prints fine but I could have gotten just a printer for less.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I appreciate your feedback and I apologize for the unsatisfactory experience. HP products generally have a year warranty. Please try the below steps to resolve scanning issue. 1. When the paper is loaded into the scanner, the printer pulls it partially into the scanner, and the scan light brightens. 2. If the scanner does not pull in and hold the paper, remove the paper, and then load it into the scanner again. 3. Search Windows for HP, and then click your printer name from the list of results. 4. HP Printer Assistant opens. 5. Click Print, and then click Maintain Your Printer. The printer toolbox opens. 6. The scanner pulls in the sheet of paper, and the scanner calibrates. Do not remove the sheet of paper until it has passed completely through the scanner. HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems. Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting tasks known to resolve this issue.

If this does not resolve the problem, I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2bjG4nE

I bought this because of its size. I needed something for school that would fit in my small space. The printer itself is great, but the scanner tales multiple times of running it through for it to register. I have so many thing i have to hand write and it is super frustrating to scan 2 pages over an over again just to submit them.

    Setting Up Printer a Challenge

Printer is working fine but was really hard to hook up. I don't have wi-fi at my apartment - just the ethernet connection to my computer. Fortunately I had a USB cable from my old printer to use. I had a hard time finding the driver to download online, and then I couldn't get it to print. I ended up contacting customer support with HP, and after 3 hours (with the tech remotely working on my computer), the printer would work. Unfortunately, the tech couldn't get the printer's wi-fi direct to work at all. At least I can print from my computer through the USB. BUT, it should not be this hard to get a printer to work.
