After going through tech support they were unable to get it to wirelessly hook up. The printer did print up my homework assignments for a couple weeks through the wired connection but eventually that failed to work as well. I took it back and got a different printer. This one was just awful.

No connection was able to be made. Coincidentally, the Geek Squad had another on of these printers in earlier with the exact same problem. If you don't need to setup the printer with a USB connection it worked fine for a low volume situation.

VERY cheaply made....I realize you get what you pay for BUT this is so cheap plastic and flimsy made We have not een able to make a descent copy and bought new ink instead of start pack ink that came with the printer to see if that would help....STILL terriblemakes streaks and blotches when scanning or printing We just received it on 5/25/22. Did OT realize it was only returnable till something like 6/9. I thought you always get 30 days????? Anyway, I have a call in to Best Buy. I really just want to exchange it for a BETTER, MORE EXPENSIVE one so maybe they will be flexible about the date?!?!? I am on hold RIGHT NOW with Best Buy

Our main priority with this service is delivering ink conveniently while helping our customers save money spent on cartridges. As our plans offered are based on the number of pages you print, the amount of ink used in the process is a non-factor. I fully understand your concern though, so I'd love to see how I can help.
I do have a few suggestions for lowering overall ink consumption, with the first being using your printer's Draft Mode. This often improves ink usage, as does setting the printer to black and white.

It took HP 2 hours to run all these tests to figure out what was wrong. They figured out the problem which was nice. It is too small of a printer. 1 cartridge can print 20 pages. It is a rip off!

It took a long time to set up which should be a fairly simple process. Gave up on the USB port but actually preferred that option over wi-fi. This is an inexpensive, cheap printer so i'm not going to take it back.
