    I love my printer, however is very slow to print and when is printing it throws the papers with a lot of force so they all ended up in the floor. I still like it, this is my first printer so I’m exited.

    Low cost but needed to have a Geek Squad member install it. Took almost an hour and a half. Very difficult to install but now it works and I'm happy.

    The ink in this machine takes cents to make. Not dollars. Cents. And they're going to cost you $60 for ink in this machine because they'll get more money out of you in the long run.

    I'm glad it was only 20 bucks ( I got it in a package with a computer). It feeds the paper several sheets at a time, I tried different weight paper and the result is always the same. Also not a real good print quality.

    Printer would not connect to WiFi only with cable. Company called and wanted to charge money for network corruption to be cleaned up. Very disappointed same issue happened when trying to use in 2 other households

    I bought this for my son for college. I had to help him get set up because it was complicated. Apparently, HP products are having issues communicating with Mac products. I've spoken to 3 different Best Buy sales people who had no answers.
