    Hard to keep connecting it to the wifi, we were all set and then it doesn’t connect. Have to turn off home wifi and then connect to the printer

    Won’t connect to the wifi for me no matter what I do but will work with USB AB cord. Which is inconvenient but at least it still works

    Literally the worst experience I have ever had trying to set-up or activate a piece of technology. Spent more than an hour trying to just connect the printer to my mobile device. Spent another 30 minutes trying to get connected to a chat representative online and after 30 minutes of discussion they were also not able to solve the problem either. I've previously owned and set-up wireless printers without issue but this experience was horrible. If you do not have a hard/wired connection do not buy this product.
