First it did not like my 5g wireless internet, then my brand new computer couldn't find the driver to download for this printer. I had to call hp tech help and the tech had to access my computer to figure out the problem which was the driver. The printer prints fine but slow and loud. I wouldn't buy it again.

Print quality wasn't great, to be sure, but for home use it was satisfactory. The second time I used the printer, it told me the black ink cartridge needed replaced. Really? After printing only once? I bought a new cartridge and replaced it and printed two documents. The third time I used it, I got an E2 error message that kept telling me the door was open. No, the door was not open. I finally got the error message to clear by plugging and unplugging; now it prints nothing but blank pages. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, until I'm blue in the face and this printer doesn't print anything but blank pages. It's getting the print command and goes through the motions, but continues to spit out blank pages. I'm done. This was a huge waste of money.
