6 years later and my printer is still working great! I’ve used it to print sticker designs, school papers, and more!

So far good. Easy to set up. Love that it’s wireless. And takes up very little space. Perfect for my needs.

Great little printer for the small jobs at home but if you need to copy or print vast amounts, you will need a better faster machine. My needsxare small and truthfully i just need to print my tax return stuff, so its okay.

This was recommended to us by a Best Buy salesperson and they told us that this was a great printer for college students. When my roommate tested it at home it worked very well, the directions were simple. However, the directions supplied were only if one had a router, which college dorms do not have. My roommate and I spent 3 hours in IT services (after lugging the printer half a mile to the office) while multiple people tried to help us connect to it wirelessly. They managed it in the end, but the three hours and the very slow printing speed was hardly worth it in the end. In short, if one has a router at home, it is a simple printer that is slow but functional. But if you're a college student living in the dorms, or simply in a place that doesn't have a router, don't buy it! Find one that will be easily set up without a router.

I have been trying for two days to get this connected to my Mac, no luck. No luck getting it connected with 2 iphones, or another HP laptop. Ran all trouble shooting, no luck. Installed, uninstalled and installed app and drivers, still nothing. Printed the report and it says it is connected and everything passes and it's connected to my network my laptop is connected to. When comes time to add it as a printer on my Mac, Mac can't find it. I give up, read other reviews where seems people have had same or similar issues. Only good thing about it is, the size of it is small and clean.

Efficient, small printer. Basic, nothing extra. If you need to make copies, I would recommend a printer that has a flatbed scanner. This unit is good for 1 or 2 copies, but not many. Great value for the price.

Love the compact size and it works well. My only issue was that I couldn’t get it to scan, spent an hour with HP support who couldn’t fix it, but found a MS app that worked.

A printer that works great. Instant ink is awesome. I can't tell you how convenient it is to not have to go to the store when you run out. The printer itself was set up in less than 5 minutes too. Overall a great experience with this printer so far.

Excellent product I like how my printer is working

I literally hate this printer. It works maybe 20% of the time. If you purchase this printer, be prepared for a headache. Most of the time it will not print... I spend more time with HP doctor than I do getting work done. Sometimes the HP doctor cannot fix the issues. It literally just told me to delete the drives but be careful and all this junk. I've suffered for almost a year now. I will be taking this back as it does not work. I have the extended warranty thank goodness. Do not purchase this printer unless you plan on using a wire... Never tried it because I cannot do that, but I wonder if that'll even work. Sometimes the printer misprints the pages. If you print 5 pages, page 3 may be the first page and not page 1. If you do both sides, it doesn't tell you when its done and sometimes it screws that up too. I've wasted so much paper. Once again, do not buy this. Its not a waste, its a huge headache. Now I get all those videos of people flipping out on their printers... This is literally the printer from the movie Office Space...

I purchase this printer today and so far I love it i prin 81 page from a book that I download online and it print all with no problem is a little slow but not a big issue for me

I have literally spent hours trying to link this printer to my computer. It's worked a total of 2 times but regularly disconnects from the network and/or becomes unfindable by my computer. I cannot reinstall it every time I need to print a document, nor can my computer regularly find it when I have tried to reinstall it. The idea was to have a printer I could take from home office to classroom with ease. It's been nothing of the sort. I'm about ready to have an Office Space moment and smash it in the parking lot. Not only these things but it seems impossible to find a way to connect to a human being at HP. The online instructions have not been any help and I cannot connect to a real person who might be able to troubleshoot this thing. This is a DO NOT BUY on my list.

This printer is just what I needed for what I do. I like it.
