    Nope

I purchased this printer based off the reviews on this site, but i just returned it because it’s a hunk of junk. The one I received was, at least. Happy to have it out of my life. What frustration it caused! Set up was easy, and I love the wireless printing situation, but if I sent a print job through that was more than 1 page, the printer would print a page or two of the series and then get stuck on the same page for eternity and print that one page out on repeat until I unplugged the printer. I would cancel the job again and again and it would continue spitting out that one page. I definitely couldn’t print only a few pages of a document either- again it would just print out one page. I think it was possessed? I don’t know. that was bananas. I spent an hour working with HP tech support, which was generally unhelpful and just like, yep, (Shrug). He did try to help but kept telling me to call a number for additional tech support I would have to pay for, which is a hard no. Why should I pay for support on a defunct printer I have owned for a month? And then he abruptly ended the chat. Sounds like I’m in the minority here, but this was not a good experience for me.

    *DO NOT BUY THIS*

This is honestly the worst excuse for a printer I have ever experienced. Save yourself a lot of headache and splurge a little for something better. You get what you pay for with this one. I have literally spent HOURS on multiple occasions just trying to get this printer to connect to the internet so that I could pair it with ANY computer in the house. On the rare occasions we got it to work, it went offline again. Also, since there is no control panel, you cannot set it up for Instant Ink WITHOUT THE INTERNET! It's awful.

    Super slow

Printer looked nice but was too slow for me. When I timed it took about 3-5 minutes to print per sheet. It reminded me of waiting for dial-up in the 90's using AOL. Would avoid this unless you like waiting for your prints.

Scanner is crap along w customer service

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The scanner is terrible, you will have to manually crop to remove extra black edges since scanner is not the one w the lid and you will have to scan to computer for this or else… also expect printer to stop working exactly 1 year after warranty expires. Printer is made to last you just enough for it to not work. Expect to be routed like a bing pong ball and be on hold for extended period of time. Save yourself the time and just buy a brother printer.

    Just Horrible

THIS IS THE WORST PRINTER. I would give this 0 stars. I have had so many problems with this printer. I ordered one and then had to order a second one because there was a manufacturing problem with the first one. The second one is not much better at all. It prints when it wants to and only prints what it wants to. I will be in the middle of printing exams for my classes and it will just crash and it is not my WIFI. It stops in the middle of printing. It will shut down when it is not in use but I have to unplug it, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in to turn it back on, wait another 20 seconds for it to load and then its a shot in the dark if it will begin to print. This is the WORST printer ever.

      Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has caused you and such inconvenience. I can wholly understand why this would be a frustrating and otherwise dubious start to owning a new printer, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help you remedy the situation.

I can’t tell from your review what issue your printer faces or why it won’t work, so I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

    Just don't.

Don't bother. The printer prints fine when you can get it to work. But for several months it was printing all black text as bubble letters thanks to some driver issue. I was never able to fix it so I did a factory reset and now the stupid app doesn't connect it to the internet. Wireless printing completely useless without the app. No one has answers the app has tons and tons and tons of reviews just like mine. It's absolutely not worth the headache.

    Just okay

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

For the price and size, it's fine.. for minimal use, but if you need to print a good amount of pages, it takes the longest time and it isn't even the best quality.. It doesn't hold many papers so when it runs out, it will often completely restart the whole document, not where it left off. So you now have an extra copy of the document that is garbage. For the record, I bought this back in December and hated it from the moment I got it, but still gave it a chance anyway. As soon as I am able to afford a new one, this will be replaced.

Worst printer ever, waste of time and money,

Worst printer ever. I got rid of a 15 year old printer that was better than this. I was so disappointed, very flimsy trays, no instructions for setting it up. Had to You Tube it to set it up. All they were interested in was selling auto shipment for ink. It printed a 2" wide black bar on everything I printed, copied or scanned in. Tech support couldn't help, they insisted on sending a replacement, it was the same. It took hours and over a week to get HP to refund my money. I was sent from one department to another, hung up on, told they would call back, never did. I spend over an hour on hold more than once. HP needs to learn what customer service means.

We have been long time HP users (for years). Setting up this printer was a terrible joke. Spent 3-4 hours watching videos and browsing the internet for information pertaining to the HP3755 setup because the instructions that come with it -- ARE VERY BAD/INCOMPLETE ! **SHAME ON YOU HP**

    Awful

I generally love HP printers and have never had a problem with one....until now. This thing SUCKS!!!! I tried printing a 8.5 x 11 page of 6x6 graph paper for a journal I was working on. My last HP printer did this with absolutely no problem. This one can't handle it AT ALL!!! The line weights are inconsistent AND the entire bottom margin is cut off. I tried to adjust everything possible and still the same result. Not pleased at all. I'm just at a total loss as to why this printer can't handle this print job.
