Not worth it, even at the low price

This printer is cute, and compact. However, the set-up is difficult. I have yet to get it to work. Even with direct connection, it is finicky. I love HP, but this product is not for any real work. Get this for printing quick items at home that are 10 pages or less. I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 that is worth every penny, but the 3755 model is a waste. I Wish I could return it.

The printer is very slow. It's ok if you don't need to print a lot of items.

Does not come w/ USB cable, is not compatible w/

So disappointed... Spent time researching, decided to order this printer based on the 3-in-one functionality and reviews plus USB cable inclusion and compatibility - per Best Buy site description - with Mac OS 10.8. Received the product only to find out there is no USB cable and it is not compatible with 10.8. I asked the rep when I called to make sure this was corrected online but she did not seem to understand. What a waste of time.

    Get a better printer...

I wanted to wait to use for some time before reviewing. It’s been almost a year. The first 3 months it wouldn’t connect to wireless, even after online support. So I unplugged it on day and moved it away from my router some to try that and it worked. I have had nothing but issues since getting this printer. We only use it for printing my sons papers off for school so the majority of ink used is the black. It’s really hard to pull the cartridge to where it doesn’t feel like you are ripping it in half. Never have I had it work right after putting ink in. It never recognizes it. I have to go out online to see what others have done. Now the clip inside has fallen out when I pulled to change the black ink and it won’t clip back in so the printer is trash now and I’m stuck with multiple new (from Best Buy & target) cartridges that it never recognized. Also it doesn’t work if you only have one cartridge working you HAVE to have both but if I’m only printing in black, I should need color ink. Save yourself the head ache and get a nicer more expensive printer. It will save you in the long run.

The computer couldn't find it. Had to buy a cord to hook it up since it didn't come with one. When I tried to get tech help they closed out the chat without helping me at all. Didn't tell me why they were closing it out either. The tech's name was Bhumika.

    Wort printer I have owned

I bought this printer liking the fact that it was so small and visually appealing. However, this has got to be the worst printer I have ever owned. Every time I want to use it, it is 50/50 if it will work. At best. The issues vary. Sometimes it won't print at all, sometimes it will print streaky, sometimes it will say that the device is not found or that the drivers aren't installed. I gave up on the wireless printing as that was even glitchier. Now I just physically plug it in with a cable. Right now, the hp Smart app says I have enough color and black ink, but I tried to print a black and white document with nothing printed. I switched the ink to blue and it printed it just fine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

    Unreliable

This printer was free along with the purchase of my chromebook. It makes sense that it was free because it's so unreliable. Pros: Prints color (if you can get it to work) Cons: Not printing anything, printing only partial areas. Many times I tried to print things and nothing would happen. Sometimes I would try to print things and walk away for 10 minutes, come back, and either nothing would print or it would start printing something I previously tried to print. I wasted so much time trying to fix issues. I've since replaced this printer with a brother model. I'm amazed at what it can do, it does what a printer is supposed to do: prints things when I select "print" on my devices.

    HP Printers Buyer Beware

HP is the worst company no one ever answers and can't get customer Service. Same issues sometimes for no apparent reason it disconnects to my computers consistently.

    Not the best

Overall its a nice printer but I did struggle alot with it. It kept disconnecting to my wifi, ended up buying a USB cord in order to get it to print properly. It only feeds through regular paper, every time I used photo paper or cardstock it would say it got jammed. After a year long it finally gave up on me.
