Stay away from this sorry piece of junk. It has been a sore spot for me since I bought it. Horrible issues and unreliable printing. I guess you get what you pay for and this is a horrible printer. I've had to replace ink cartridges, paper, update firmware all in an attempt to have a few pages printed. Horrible interface and software with multiple steps to go through to connect.

Am unable to use because one of the 3 ink cartridges simply refuses to click into place. I have to wait 2 weeks for a service appt. The ink cartridge holders are pretty flimsy and even the 2 that did click in seemed a little fragile. I dont plsn on printing many items, just occssional use, so Im willimg to put up eith it, but truthfully the whole thing is flimsier than I expected.

By far the worst printer I’ve ever had to use. After setting up, the printer literally started failing to print any documents. It managed to print out 1 document, then failed every single time after. After several resets and clearing jams, the same issue persisted. I have had bad printers in the past, but this one is now the King of the worst printers I’ve ever had to operate.

This is the 2nd HP printer that I have had that I cannot connect to my HP laptop because of HP Smart. My laptop is only about a year old. I have connected several wireless printers before so I am no dummy. I tried help chat with Best Buy as well as HP. The solutions they offered I have already tried. Exchanged for a Brother. It is much faster and it hooked up to my laptop flawlessly.

Made me pay 19.99 for an unlimited membership before even accessing the app...the FIRST app it made me download. Made me download two other apps. None seemed to work or serve any function. Printer won't communicate with my smart phone. Spent an hour trying to get it to work before packing it back up in the box to return.

There are no instructions on how to set it up. When I was able to figure out what to do the printer would not work . It gave messages that it was off when the indicator light said it was on. As far as I am concerned it is a piece of trash. On top of that BEST BUY won't let you return it. I am finished with Best Buy.

HP is trying to convince me to buy an Epson. I've had this little monster for about 3 years. About every 2 weeks, there's an update or something else that disconnects my printer from my computer. I spend more time reconnecting and wrestling with it than a cheap printer is worth. I'm THIS CLOSE to rebooting it with a baseball bat.

The printer did not work. The box had been open. The cartridges were already installed. The printed printed Teo pages and it stopped working. I took it back and they refused to give me credit for it bc I had thrown away the box. Terrible product and customer service.

This is a horrible printer! It refuses to print anything i needed this printer for school thats out of the question now, i was asked how i liked it on a nother survey and mentioned all the problems and how id like to be contacted and nobody seemed care this is ridiculous

Printer worked ok for awhile, then it stopped printing and it only barely streaks. I have always had HP printers but, this toy is the worst. I would not recommend this printer, not even going to give it away. It's useless. I even bought new cartridges and it still will not print. I'm done.

The fact this has 7k in reviews and is a 4.3 is baffling to me, this thing is a better paperweight than printer. When it works its fantastic but nothing is worth the hassle this has been connecting and reconnection to my computer.

This printer is absolute GARBAGE. Took me 20min to connect to my WIFI, then took me another 90min of going through the directions period by period just to accept paper. It never worked. It’s in the bottom of a dumpster where it belongs. I’ll do all my work, from work.

Waste of money. Mine lasted 5 months then disappeared from my network. HP customer service was no help and neither was the warranty. I am now filing a dispute claim through my bank for the purchase. So.. buy at your own risk. ( or if you need a throwaway, 5month printer)

If I could give no stars i would.. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY, this printer is absolutely a piece of crap. had to reinstal twice and bought a cord to print off line NEITHER WORKED and of course I only had two weeks to return it ... bull

This is the biggest hunk of garbage I ever purchased. The scanner only scans part time. It will not scan an envelope. Forget it it if you want to scan anything thin. It's just pain "JUNK" ********DO NOT BUY IT, IT'S JUNK **************

Not a good printer had to return it. Wouldn't print even with the cable to print direct to my laptop. Setup was a pain and wouldn't connect to wifi kept failing. Not simple just invest in something better

terrible geek squad instructions, left no manual, didn't show me how to make copies. Now Im stuck with a printer I don't understand how to use properly. Can't find a manual anywhere.

Noisy, slow, and I guess I didn't read everything as it doesn't print on both sides. Instructions not easy to follow. Better to download the instructions on line - waste of time.

It takes more than 40 minutes to print a one page document from Microsoft Word. I can't believe that a manufacturer would try to sell something like that. It is an insult to customers.

Worst printer ive ever used. Wont print clear or dark. Tried all the tricks. Bought a new ink cartridge snd it says is empty!????
