First, it concerns me that your color ink cartridge performed so poorly. You are right to expect better. Unless the prints in question were super-high resolution, detailed images that included rich colors, it seems like you should have been able to print many more pages.

- Talk to the seller, if you are within the time when a return is possible.
- Contact us if it is a defective genuine cartridge that is not replaced by the vendor (they are still within the warranty ends date on the cartridges).
