This printer was great when I first bought it. Small footprint, inexpensive printer, fairly cheap ink (coming from a Brother printer where a set of ink is $70). I used instant ink for awhile and it was just fine. However, the store-bought cartridges seem to dry out really fast, or something. After not printing for awhile, my prints come out streaky, or the color is missing entirely. I ran through a couple of cleaning cycles, and it didn't help. The only thing that fixed the problem was putting in a new cartridge. But I still had over ½ the old one left according to diagnostics. Also, I forgot my admin password and there seems to be no way to factory reset the machine to fix it?! I've looked at so many youtube videos and reddit threads; nothing suggested has worked. Lastly, now that I have a new ink cartridge in and printing colors is OK, I'm trying to align the print heads and getting an "unable to align" error. All said and done, it was fine as a short-term purchase, but it's such a terrible environmental impact to have to replace the stupid thing already!!

This is a good printer for limited at home use. Very easy to use and doesn’t take up a lot of space.

This printer works like a charm for everyday printing needs. The only con I would say it has, is that I can’t figure out how to scan using the printer, not knowing if it even has that capability. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Solid printer for the price. I had some trouble with the initial set up but most likely user error. Small and compact so it does't take up much space which is very nice. So far so good.

I bought this printer when I moved for grad school. HP instant ink was great to start off. Was difficult to set up to wifi sometimes, but had great quality.

Nice little printer. Perfect for printing out those random things that need to be on paper instead of digital and prints well on vinyl labels too. Haven’t used it a lot, so don’t know about the ink consumption.

This has saved us multiple trips to the library. I like it that I can print from anywhere in the house

Works great! Set up was easy. Printing from your phone very easy. Printer also has an email address so you or someone else can print from anywhere using email. Fast printing. Vibrant colors. Small enough to move from location to location with ease.

Bought this printer for my wife for her new job, it's real easy to use and set up.

I really enjoyed using this printer. It is compact and so far, free of issues. I use it daily for college.

This printer is reasonable in the price of the printer itself as well as the price of the ink.
