Easy to set up wirelessly or with printer cable (not included). Best feature is its small size-great as a portable printer.

Was hesitant to buy this printer because of the price....but I'm glad I did !! Simple to install and easy to use..I was told it was slow printing but I don't feel that it is ! Again... i'm glad I purchased this printer !

Had I actually saw this extremely compact printer in person (instead of online only), I wouldn't have bought it. It was very annoying trying to get it to hook-up to my wifi (it just didn't want to connect), but eventually it did. It doesn't really come with instructions. So, obviously its easy to print but I've not figured out how to scan or copy things, yet. There's no lid for a scanner/copier. So, that's annoying, especially with no instructions to show you how. This has been the most frustrating HP printer that I've ever owned. And I'm not a stupid person, either.

I just purchased this printer about 3 weeks ago and so far its great. I love the quality and I've had no issues so far. I also love the size. Its not to small or too big. Easy to out anywhere in the house and I love the option that it has Wifi to print and need for any plug ins. It also has a email option where u can send a email straight to the printer and it will automatically print any documents or picture u need. You can also create your email address for it as well.

Was fairly easy to connect to our computer. We aren't techie but the directions were easy to follow.

Purchased for college freshman. Compact size for dorm has been great as room is very small. The only down side is it prints very slowly. Other than that installation was easy and printer works well.

It took forever to set it up, and I wasn't aware at the time of purchase that there isn't a paper tray underneath. It loads the paper on top, so it doesn't fit on my desk like my last one. The quality of the prints are great though.

got this for 20$ with my laptop purchase. does everything I need it to with easy connection

the printer does the job I need. Easy to use but the print out is quality is not as ideal as I wanted to be.

It's a good printer just what I wanted, small. I wanted a wireless one but this one is good enough.

Had an HP for many years. Never any serious problem. Hope this is as good. Wondering if they will force me to buy HP ink rather than from a discounter. They discount the printers and make their money on the ink. Also, beware of fake setup sites that lead to a tech support scam. Had a problem with that.

Good for small spaces. Printing is great, tho ink usage is a little on the high side. The scanner works great but needs to put some effort into it. If space is not a constraint, I recommend going for another model.

Setup on a Chromebook was very quick and easy. Setup on Apple devices took no time with the HP app. Issue I had was the setup on Windows PC/Laptop which wasn't allowing me to add the printer until I found if you previously have an old HP printer still added it will cause conflict until you remove it. You also need to register yourself with the HP app. The scan function on the printer could be better if they included a tray to feed your scans (unfolded paper will show shadow marks on scans). The print and copy function works very good which I have no complaints on. This is also a good deal for an all in one inkjet printer.

Doesn't take up much room at all for everything it does. Makes copies pretty fast.

Perfect for me and uncomplicated to use, just what I was looking for

I was very hesitant even to take it out of the box because of the reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the connection not that complicated. Yes, I had to do some playing around and go back and forth (reason I gave 4 stars) but I was able to set up the printer with my phone and also in my Lenovo (Windows 10), and even remote printing. I ordered one black and white printer online but went later to browse at the store and found this color printer for cheaper and small as the original one I wanted. With patience and a bit of knowledge you will be able to do it. I don’t print much so this is perfect for me.
