Quiet & reliable except for the HP Smart software
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're connecting by wifi, setup is straightforward, but it's a serious pain if you're connecting by USB. Although the HP Smart software provides a clear option for connecting by USB, in practice that option inexplicably fails to work. After spending an hour on the phone with HP support, I was guided to the ultimate solution for using a USB connection with this printer, which was to download and use an older driver, bypassing HP Smart's "help". If it wasn't for HP Smart's failure to navigate a simple USB connection, this would have been a 5-star review. The printer runs quiet and has been printing for me without issue after finally getting set up. The scanner on it doesn't provide clean scans, invariably showing black areas on the top and/or bottom of the scans it produces regardless of how straight the sheet is fed into it, but I ultimately don't really need the scanner on it. One bit of warning: Make sure you flip up the small tab on the output tray to catch the page before you print, or your sheet will shoot out and fly away in an exciting fashion.

HP DeskJet 3755 review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Deskjet 3755 is small, light weight and low priced. The setup did not go so well for me as I could not get it onto the home wifi. It should have come with a cord to attach it directly to my laptop which would have made it useable. Now, I am looking for a cord with USB on one end and the square connection for the printer on the other end.

Would buy again and again!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a printer that was small and compact but was still able to provide me professional and fast print jobs. This printer was PERFECT! I normally don't review things but I feel the need to let everyone know how great this printer is. This is perfect if you don't want it taking up too much space or want to travel with it. I have recommended it to all of my co-workers and friends.

Great for small spaces
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works great from my phone but for some reason, even on the same WiFi, my computer doesn’t recognize that it is online. I did set the printer up on WiFi through the computer so not sure why that is but I just pull out my phone to get the product printed or scanned and it works great. Like other reviewers have said, this printer is slow even for a casual home user. The print quality of great and I like that my ink will be replaced when it runs out without me having to think about it or run out at an inconvenient time. Because we have the space I would buy a bigger printer (with a flatbed scanner) in the future, but it works for now and great for the price.

great size
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we like to take a printer along on our 2-3 month long winter vacation to Florida. Our old printer was larger, and took up a lot of space, this model is just the right size, and is wireless, too.

Easy to set up, easy to use, and great quality!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had always used HP in the past but tried a different brand for awhile thinking I could save a few bucks and I missed HP almost immediately. This printer was great value for the price, easy to set up, and produces great quality prints! We have only had this printer for a short time but I hope to use it for a VERY long time!

Good for printing, not much else
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a printer/scanner/copier I could take along when I travel. The print quality is great, totally what I would want to see. The short-coming is in the scanning ability. There's no tray to place a document and sheets have to be fed one-by-one. I found full sheets don't feed automatically. I had to maintain pressure on the sheet while clicking "scan" on my computer. Otherwise, I got a blank space at the top of each page and an incomplete scan. Trying to scan a six page document gave me 14 pages because I repeated each page when it didn't work and deleted the bad ones before saving the document. I also wrinkled the heck out of my original. I did tear a page in half lengthwise and it fed it without issue (later found it was only on the first try), so maybe I got one with a bad feeder? I'll try exchanging to see if it's better, but kind of feeling like it won't be. One additional item, way down the list; I was surprised this didn't have a cable lock slot to keep it from walking away. Seems like a fairly inexpensive, customer-centric thing to add. Very disappointing. In the long-run, I'll probably keep it because I want something inexpensive and compact; but the old adage, "You get what you pay for" certainly applies here. I'd recommend with a few caveats.

Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer’s document feeder has performed poorly when scanning. I can easily understand why this would be quite frustrating, especially considering you got the printer to use when you travel. With that in mind, I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help you remedy the situation.
First, I recommend you follow the steps in this guide to document feeders that push through too many pages or fail to pick up paper:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01728503
If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

Great compact printer!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this little printer. Big bang for the buck. I wanted something small and portable to use at home and this works perfectly. The printing is a smidge loud, but most printers are when they're in a cost effective price range. I opted for the compact size as my main priority, so this was ideal... Even has a handle.

Excellent Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer for the price point. Very compact and sleek. Love that it is wireless and you can print from away from home. I would definitely suggest the HP Ink program to go with the printer.

Excellent Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best all in one type printer I have ever owned and I have owned a few. HP really did an outstanding job with this printer. Probably one of the easiest not only to setup but operate. If for some reason I needed to purchase another printer, I would purchase another HP just like this one. Also, what an outstanding price. Just can not be beat.

Just what we needed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great home printed. It has a much smaller footprint than the printer it replaced. The best part was how easy it was to set up - was printing from a laptop and a cell phone in less than 15 minutes.
