A good printer for its size and price.

After 6 weeks of daily use my experience is that it does the printing, scanning and copying jobs well despite not being of flatbed type. When copying, the correct feeding of the originals is important for a good copy. Some practice helps. WiFi function works well without problems. As with other low price printers the paper feeder does not always separate the sheets adequately.

I love this printer. It’s small and doesn’t takes up too much room. It prints, scans, and copies perfectly. This is the best purchase I have made and it came with my first set of ink.

This is a really good value at $50. This little guy is durable and works great. Prints flawlessly from my phone or computer and the quality is great! Does not take much space at all.

It seems like it will be perfect. I set it up to try and it was easy The printed copy was great. I bought this to take with us as we leave for the winter. In the past, I just saved things to print when we returned home. Then I saw this compact printer and decided it was the perfect size to travel with and I think I made a perfect choice

I love the instant ink HP printers. The printers are Wireless or can be connected to your computer. No worrying about going to the store to purchase the expensive ink cartridges, HP knows when you are half full, So they mail you a new ink cartridge and the shipping is free. All you do is pay per copy. You can pay as little as $3 per month or $10 per month depending on your usage. Just return the empty cartridge in the envelope provided for you. You do have to set up an account with HP and they will automatically withdraw the amount you owe according to your pricing plan. I have 2 HP printers I have been using one for a year and no problem so far with HP or the printer.

I bought it for my son's school need and other few prints here & there. This is definitely good printer for casual to light use. However scanning quality could've been better. If you add HP InstanInk program, this is perfect companion printer for school/light home usage. The sub-$100 price point is too good to pass. Oh by the way, this printer supports wireless printing using mobile app, same network laptops, google cloud print service heck even direct print using speciality links (beware of that though, mistakes can allow others to print tons of papers using your ink).

Great all in one printer! Compact for small spaces. Was surprised with printing quality on pictures. Very nice! Only complaint printer is a little on the slow side when printing, but other than that, great printer.

I bought this as a temporary printer until my office is ready for a larger, multi functional printer/copier. This works great for printing checks, invoices, forms. It’s also so small and easy to set up that it’s easily moveable. It isn’t a speedy printer, so big jobs aren’t ideal. But overall, I was impressed with the setup and reliability.

This printer is a full function printer that is small and easy to pack and setup in new locations. We have been looking for several years for a printer like this. We do a lot of traveling.

We got this printer for my Mom as a replacement to an older HP. Her basic requirements are easy to use, small, nice looking, and white to match her trim. This printer fit all those requirements.

So far so good, the main benefit is its size. I debated between this one and another with a traditional glass top for scanning. The HP app, however, allows for scanning using your phone. Considering how infrequently I scan, I chose this one.

Purchased because portable, needed to print small volume, and wasn't very expensive. You get what you pay for in this case. Have already noticed it goes through ink fairly quickly. Would only recommend for people with above needs. This is not printer for you if you want two-sided printing and print large volumes.

I specifically chose this printer because it was on sale. My daughter needs it for homework and I actually have used it more than her. The quality is way better than I expected. It was a bonus being white in color and doesn't look out of place in our home.

Needed new printer - all in 1 - mistake

I bought the HP 3755 a few days ago. Price was right, cartridges are reasonable, size is good for a home printer. It printed fine, but very slow and quiet. I like quiet, but am somewhat impatient. Decided I could live with that, and later found there were some settings that could speed things up. Here is where it gets dicey. I have several documents I need to scan and send to someone. Should be easy-peasy, right? (No) I downloaded the software successfully, right. (Yes, but no.) I know where the paper feed is, right, because I printed. (Right, but Wrong!) After 2+ hours, a couple of visits to HP support, where the virtual agent was completely useless - gave me hints for printers that I don't have and had the nerve to offer me support for $19.99... Well, you get my drift. Spent more time trying to figute out why the scan wouldn't work. It needs a separate app, but that didn't help. I restarted my computer, used USB connection, made sure network connection was working...still not working. After doing all that several times, I finally got to a scan screen. The print was too large to fit the entire screen on my 23" monitor, and I did not see a way to make it smaller. Ok, that I'll solve another day. It kept telling me that there was no paper in feed to scan. I checked it multiple times before it dawned on me that perhaps the to-be-scanned document didn't go through the printer feed! But where did it go? A mystery, as there were no markings on the printer to direct me. So I just started putting a document in potential feeds, and, voila, I finally found the correct feed for a scan. I may or may not return this printer. I don't love it. I will never love it. I only bought it because my old HP printer won't work with my spectrum router and HP isn't supporting their "old" hardware. The 3755 is not easy to use. I worked in IT for 20 years and both wrote and tested documentation, so I know good documentation, and this isn't it. Virtual assistant that points you to the wrong product when you have entered the model number is useless. HP Offering to help me for $19.99 when just a bit of documentation could have solved the problem...no longer an HP fan. By the way, This is not a Best Buy problem, it's an HP problem.

I've purchased lots of larger-sized all-in-one printers and this HP DeskJet is half the size and it gives me pretty much everything those larger-size printers did. It's light, compact and wireless, so it can be moved anywhere I need to be. I could pack it and travel with it. Along with my laptop, I'm truly mobile--If I want I can go outside and do my work while enjoying the sunshine. I couldn't do that with those larger-size "all-in-one", tethered printers. This smaller more compact HP printer gives me "all-in-one" and sunshine--it can't get better than that.

Space is a huge consideration where I live and to be able to get a printer that scans, faxes, and prints in this package no bigger than a loaf of bread is amazing.
