I am so impressed with this printer. So far this is bar none the best little dude I have ever used. Very user friendly, simple but yet can handle most of your printing needs and lots more. So cool!

Amazing printer easy to use wish it were $25 cheaper so my suggestion is to cross your fingers for Black Friday deals. Definitely buy it.

Another junk hp product never again never works eats ink that is so expensive

Easy Start Up. Not as it says. Weeks after purchase I still can't wireless print, I have to use a cable. This one fails the friendly printer claim.

I normally don't write reviews but this product is so bad, I had to write one. Ever since I bought the printer, which was a little over 4 months ago, I have not been able to print anything decent. First of all, it does not even stay online, keeps disconnecting from wifi randomly (I had to reconnect it at least 100 times since I bought it) and trust me when I say, it's a pain to connect and reconnect to wifi. When I am finally able to reconnect it and print something, the print is either cut off, barely visible, or a blank sheet is printed. It's not because of the ink (the ink cartridge is full). I checked the websites, other videos and even contacted tech support but nothing happened. I have used hp products before, my previous printer was the officejet series which worked perfectly however, this product is totally useless to me.

This is a very nice compact printer. It also does wifi direct. Very worthy

This is a review of my shopping experience not the item, sorry! I received this in the actual box only! It had been opened, unpackaged, taped up and returned! Yay! The return specialist at Best Buy said it must have been inspected by UPS! Of course!

Good price on a nice little all-in-one printer. A lot smaller than our last printer that only printed. I always trust HP printers.

Overall pretty awesome. I’ve had no troubles other than using email to print option.

I’m truly happy I made this purchase. No more stops to the library when I’m in need of a computer. Oh and it looks bomb in my room, Matches my bed set and all.

Bought this for four reasons. It is small. It scans. The print heads are built into the cartridges. It is wireless. It is being used by my daughter for college work. My expensive HP 8600 heads went out after minimal use and the replacements are hard to come by and very expensive. No more of that for me! Frankly, I was reluctant to buy another HP product. There was an HP factory rep at Best Buy who helped me select this model. My daughter has only been using this for about a month, but it is inexpensive enough to be disposable if it breaks. The setup was pretty easy. I scanned the code on the quick instruction sheet and it took me to a website that walked me through the process. I finished the setup from an app I installed on my iPhone. Then went to daughter's MacBook Pro, found the printer and simply started using it. Couldn't have been simpler. It is being used in a very small apartment, so space is at a premium. There are some refurbished models on the website for a very good price. I bought one of those too for use at my home.

Do not bother wasting your money. I purchased this printer less than a year and half ago. I do very minimum, sporadic printing so there is no reason the printer should not print. Yet every time I go to use this model, I have to spend 3x the amount of time trying to get it working than to print my 3 sheets of paper. It runs through ink in 2 printings, I have to use Wi-Fi Direct from my phone for printing because it cannot connect to any of the laptops/computers in my home. I have full ink levels, have reconfigured everything yet at this point cannot print simple labels. Complete waste of money and my time.
