It's a great little printer good price you do not need a big printer to print it took me about and hour to connect it I had made mistakes when setting it up but I got it connected this is my first printer I am very happy with my purchase needed for myself and my son for school and home

Best feature is the light weight and compact size. More problematic is it doesn’t have a screen that guides you with steps and instructions. It has a few symbols that are not clearly identified so you have to spend much more time reading the instructions to figure out how to use it. Also frustrating is the paper doesn’t feed on its own when trying to scan. Better to go with a little larger model with a screen that is easier to use and you will save a lot of time overall. Already bought a new one.

The printer itself is fine. I had a problem when I got it home becasue the product description on the Best Buy website included dimentions that told me it would fit where I wanted it. After I got it home and unboxed it I discovered the published dimensions did not include the heightof the paper feeder. This meant the printer was actually several inches taller than I had thought and it wouldn't fit where I had planned to put it.

Love this little printer , you can use it for paper or pictures easy to use and also space saver.

I really like the idea that you don’t have to worry about ordering the ink. You can choose one of the option for automatic delivery ink depends on your demand. If you just need to print under 15 pages/month, you can choose option #1 which is free. Yes, you get ink for free. Besides the convinence, it’s so easy to set up. You can press one of the information button on the printer so that the instruction will be printed out.

I use it in my truck because I am a service plumber and it is small and does not take up a lot of space. It serves my purpose. I print like 20 copies a day and so far it has worked great. I would recommend it to my co workers and friends.

pretty good printer for the size. It doesn't take up too much space. Not good if you need to copy a lot of papers at once though. Better for just simple copies and basic printing.

It would be nice if they would either give you a case or we could buy one; since it is portable. I have been looking everywhere, even camera cases and nothing fits this printer.

Wireless works for me. Easy to operate too good for a small business.
