It is a compact printer which fits nicely in my small bedroom. However given the size, it has limited functions comparing to bigger ones, for example it can’t print 2 sides.

Having a small printer in an apartment just seems like a no brainer. I mosied on over to my local Best Buy, spotted this little beauty sitting amongst the beasts of other printers, and instantly snatched it up and gleefully began the unpackaging and setup process. Yes, the printer is a little loud while printing (but nothing too jarring, just a tad louder), but the compact size and the quality of it being an HP more than make up for it.

Crazy thing is, its small but it does the job. Quiet, fast and compact. Prints well. Highly recommend it.

I love the look and color of the printer. The ease of use took a minute to figure out but it works smoothly now. I'm very disappointed in the printing quality though, as the words do not seem as clear as they could be on documents. I say this because I had an older HP printer I bought back in 2005 and the print quality was excellent and so was the ink cartridge life. I just bought an ink cartridge yesterday and literally printed several documents and the ink level is already half way gone. This is my 3rd cartridge in less than a year, I don't print often and so this should not be the case. I never had this issue with my older HP printer. I haven't printed pictures so I'm not sure of the quality there but I imagine if I do, the whole ink cartridge will be gone. If I had to buy it again, I would for design but not the quality. Invest in a higher-quality HP printer.

The reason i am not giving this printer 1 star is because eventhough like the quietness of the printer but it is way too slow as it prints. It is good printer but only if you don't use it on regular basis.

The printer works well, but not speedy. Good quality though. I was disappointed that it does not scan and save to file; however, Microsoft has an app for that. I installed it and I can now scan and save to file. Love the small size. I gave it just a 4 star because it does print slowly (but adequately).

My HP printer is very easy to use. I am able to scan, copy and print. I have retired and I am use to having an IT guy to help with any problems I have had. This printer is economical and easy to use.
