The desktop came with the free upgrade to Windows 10. I was skeptical, there are always issues to new Windows, but I decided I would install the upgrade prior to anything else. Best choice! The upgraded installed smoothly, and the subsequent applications did also.....first time ever! I usually order my desktops to what I want but reviewing the specifics and individual reviews, I decided to buy from the store this time. I am overall very happy with the desktop. Windows 10 is great, user friendly in above average. There did not seem to be as much nonsense to uninstall, happy about that. No problem connecting to my network, printers or sharing. I will update the review after I have used additional programs pre-installed. A very good buy. I did have to go to a store 1.5 hours away to pick it up because they were the only ones with it in stock and I couldn't wait to have it delievered. The pick up process was less than to be desired.
