    I returned this item because I didn't realize how big and heavy it was. Although it was refurbished I though it would be a newer model. It turns out they were made in 2008. I rather pay the extra $100 for a new one.

    So much for being refurbished. Laptop doesn't even have an operating system installed. Basically a useless paperweight. Thanks, Best Buy. -_-
