No Luck
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a refurbished purchase. Could not get a clean startup. Always went to a "setup" screen. The Geek Squad guys at my local store could not fix this problem. And, when prompted to update to Windows 10, said Microsoft could not authenticate the operating system (even though Microsoft 7 Home was installed) so no Windows 10. My local store said only solution was to send back. So, I did and bought refurbished ASUS touch-screen chromebook. Works great and for less money.
