I unboxed this and started to set it up yesterday. Almost 24 hours later I’m completely frustrated. I can tell this is a very nice computer. It’s clean and nice-looking. Now, if only the workings inside were as nice. First, it tells me that Windows is not activated. I try to activate and am told over and over again that the servers cannot be reached. Okay, I can understand that a few times, but for 24 hours! It also has a strange touchpad which needs to be tapped to work. I went into settings and tried to change it back to what I’m used to, but apparently all I can do is adjust what the different taps are used for. So, now, on my MacBook as I write this, I am constantly trying to tap because I’ve gotten used to doing that! Honestly, it wouldn’t be so bad, except that I can’t figure out how to “right-click” when tapping so I can’t open anything. Finally, I decided the frustration wasn’t worth and decided to return it. And now it won’t let me reset so that I can send it back without my Windows ID on it! But, to be fair, I’ve had that problem with a couple of other Windows computers that I’ve recently given away, so that’s not just on this device. It seems to be the way that Windows is designed now. I hate to be so negative because this has a nice processor and looks almost brand-new. But, I apparently am not tech-savvy enough to get a refurbished device. I’m now going to be illogical and recommend this device, as long as you know enough about computers to fix issues like this.

Smaller than I expected. Seems more like a tablet than a laptop, but it does run Windows 10 Pro, and does have an actual keyboard. I'm having issues getting it to install all micrsoft updates. Some install normally, others will not install at all. Don't know why.

I bought the product in July of this year. And when it first arrived it had some slight glitches but they weren’t detrimental. However it’s now been only 4 months with having this device and I have experienced random shutdowns, (when the lap is charged, or charging) PC overheating, and now my touchscreen has just randomly stopped working. I’m not sure what the issue is- maybe because it’s a refurbished product but outside of these issues I genuinely love the model. I love everything about it and for the first three months it was a gem. I’m just sad that I haven’t had it too long and all the necessities are falling apart it seems.

The computer doesn’t stay charged and is constantly buzzing. HORRIBLE
