Honestly i totally recommend this if you are a college student in need of a new laptop. The laptop does what needs to be done and the performance is pretty good. Just dont charge it and use it at the same time. It does tend to get really hot. I do wish i could connect my apple phone on here though. You can connect your phone but only if its an android which sucks on mu behalf but its whatevers because i have google meet to call my frjends on haha. Overall great laptop 10/10 would and have recommended to a friend

The laptop was delivered with a near perfect battery and extrenly minor damage to the bottom plastic and rubber feet. All features work perfectly including the Windows hello. Only downside is the RAM is not upgradabke and the ssd is an m.2.

This is a great price - but this particular model cannot be upgraded to 16gb memory. It has 8gb and it is SOLDERED IN, so no upgrade possible. The disk is an M.2 stick and is under the battery, making it a difficult but not impossible upgrade to more that 256gb storage. I returned it without even unpacking it, as I found these out from my computer consultant after asking him to take it up to the requirements of my software.

Great Laptop and very effective when use. I received it in perfect condition and all the areas are working. Loving the touch screen and facial recognition with the front camera. The video quality is not so wonderful and the internal memory but once you add your own memory and webcam devices then everything works even better.

I wanted a Windows-based laptop to use with my Cricut. This one came with Windows 10 Pro, which will let me download the programs with Cricut. Works wonderful

I have really enjoyed the looks and use of this touch screen PC. Was able to convert it over to Windows 11. Also it wasn't expensive due to it having been Refurbished.

I bought this for my college bound son and so far it seems like a perfect fit! Great value!

I really like this laptop because it is lightweight and portable. It works well as a second device when I am working and so far has never disappointed. I would definitely recommend. Cant find any covers for it though

How can I review something I sent back? The configuration was poor for me

Device has worked very well for about 6 months. Then some of the keys were not operating correctly, try to take it back to best buy and they said because it was refurbished they couldn't touch it. Called the manufacturer, and they wouldn't touch it either. Currently the charge port got so loose it doesn't hold the charger, or charge the laptop. Dead in the water.

Fast performance! Great battery life. Sound driver didn’t work but I downloaded a new driver from the HP website and now everything is perfect! Good size and weight. Keys on keyboard doesn’t feel clustered together and makes typing easy and effortlessly. Overall a great purchase.
