Amazing laptop refurbished by HP. Purchased it on line and picked up at local Best Buy during first week in May 2018. Excellent value at 33% off a new one. I’ve had this computer for a few months now and I haven’t had any issues with it. Great for streaming with the large screen and loud speakers.

No complaints it’s pretty thin and feels very strong for its weight. FASTEST machine I’ve owned.

Laptop performs quite well, except for speed. I would have preferred a solid state.

I was looking for a new laptop to replace my 10 year old model. All the inexpensive new ones had questionable reviews and this one had terrific reviews across the board. I asked an IT friend if should be afraid of a refurbished unit and he said he uses them all the time. So far I'm extremely pleased.

This is a good laptop but the mouse pad is erratic. Recommend a separate mouse or different mouse control. Great visuals.

All though, too expensive. Love the screen size. Even though they say it's 17" it's really only 15".

This computer has been great. No issues for over six years.

First, this is the first laptop I've ever bought after extensive research into which computer is worth it for the price. When the package first arrived, I was overwhelmed by the size of the computer, but then again it's almost a foot and a half. One thing the description doesn't mention which I think is cool is the laptop unlocks by face analyzation rather than manually entering a password. While playing games, the laptop does run out of battery quickly but while solely being on the internet the battery lasts quite a while.

I have had very little issues with this computer. The condition on the computer is pristine. My only issues have been with the office 365, which is not a Best Buy problem. I would definitely recommend getting this laptop.

One of the main reasons that I bought this laptop was because it was TOUCHSCREEN and it was a good deal for being a refurbished model. It turns out that this unit is NOT touchscreen. After I got it delivered, I sat down and got everything set up but noticed that the touchscreen was not working. My first thought was since it was a refurbished unit, that perhaps the touchscreen was not enabled or maybe there was another software issue with it. So I contacted HP and had one of their internet representatives log in remotely and attempt to diagnose the issue. After several attempts of running updates and trying to do system checks, and to no avail, the representative finally checked the specific model, and confirmed that it is actually not a touchscreen model. I contacted Best Buy's customer support. They offered a 10% discount on a different model for me due to the issue, and the sales rep said she would submit a form to have the internet specs corrected. It is not a terrible deal for what it is, just do not buy it as a touchscreen because you will be disappointed.
