Q: WHATS THE TOTAL RAM CAPACITY ?
A: 12GB of DDR4 RAM and Intel Core i7-7500U Dual-core, four-way processor. I bought one in early May and it beat my expectations!
A: it showed a touchscreen symbol on the bottom of the ad. I assumed that it was a touchscreen, but its not.
Q: So does this have a ssd drive or can upgrade to one?
A: This does not have an SSD. But you could upgrade to one.
Q: what guarantee does it have?
A: Only 90 days from HP but, at half the price of the new one, I'm rolling the dice and hoping for the best. I feel very confident that it will stay problem free, since HP refurbished it. If you want some positive reassurance, you can buy the Geek Squad Service Plan and still be way ahead of the cost of the new laptop price.
