Great Desktop Replacement

It has all the bells and whistles you would expect and functions flawlessly. Installation and setup was easy. The display is excellent and speed meets my needs nicely. I wouldn't recommend this for heavy gaming but for it comes close to the benchmark.

Happy...but with a glitch

Then it started to develop a problem with the screen. Tech support tried several fixes which worked for about 3 months. Then the screen went out completely. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Sent it in to HP for repair and it's been working well ever since. Was reasonably happy with HP warranty process.

Greta laptop

It starts up fast, has a lot of nice features. The resolution is outstanding for high def videos and photos and it has a CD drive. You get a lot of quality and power for the price! I'm happy with this purchase and I'm sure you will be too.

Nice Puter

Very fast, plenty of memory and storage. Metal vs plastic so should last a while. Needed some help from Geek Squad to get everything transferred from old to new puter and and to fix a few glitches with set up. Only had for approx 6 weeks but so far, so good. Bought on sale so another plus.
