great purchase. The HP rep was at Best Buy the day I purchased it. Was able to review product together, (hands on). He was very informative, love it!!!!

It’s exactly what I was looking for. DVD players makes it easy to watch my movies and with the big screen it’s easy to see.

This computer serves as my main business computer. It easily runs both AutoCAD or Revit while utilizing other software applications. The solid state hard drive is a plus compared to my former Envy computer.

Had to return it due to an issue that I really don’t think it had to do with the machine they were out of stock so I’m desperately waiting for another one to come in so I can come back and get it

As soon as the washer and dryer were hooked up I did a load! There are a lot of choices so actually you find you can do things you never could before!!! And I got the new Champagne color!! WooHoo!

I love the sleek look of this laptop, but most important are the features. The internal DVD player and number pad were the features I wanted. The large memory space is a bonus. Highly recommend!

I love the huge screen...and the definition is amazing! It has all of the features that I wanted and more. I wasn’t really interested in the back-lighted keyboard, but now I love it! I was expecting it it be a little faster than it is, but it’s OK.

Very happy with this laptop since I purchase a few months back. No issues and pictures on screen are good quality. Stereo might be bit off but no issues for my purpose.

This laptop was used for someone in the field who is webcasting once a week and in his office doing normal office work. He is very pleased. Very quick boot up time and nice screen.

There are some screen shortcuts that won't open using touch screen (Norton for example). It will only open through the mouse. It is fast but sometimes it still hangs. Overall we are satisfied.

I bought this as a desktop replacement for school. I do a lot of programming and some graphic design. It definitely does the job well.

This is a great substitute for a desktop computer. Love the 17 inch display. The SSD makes it lightning fast and the WiFi 6 gives me great speed on our Gigabit Fiber.

The unit overall is very suitable for my use, but it does have an issue powering down at times. I get the blue screen of death with a message that the unit will reset, and it will not.

I do love this computer. Finally using the video maker. Only issue has been when it shuts down out of the blue. I’ve taken it to week squad and there was nothing wrong. It needed updates however it’s done it again..

If you like a big screen, a dvd,cd, disk drive, fast speed, this is for you. I'm very happy with it. Great for zoom meetings too.

I have had this computer for about 5 months. I have never owned a computer with the SOLID STATE DRIVE, so I didn't know if I would like it. To me, it is way better. It starts up fast and I haven't had any problems with it.

The setup on this product was very simple with the on screen guidance and menus. It has a great picture and good sound quality.
