Love my HP laptop. Clear quality, sound etc. great screen size, lots of memory and so fast to upload docs and photos etc. Would highly recommend this HP product.

This laptop is fast with a beautiful display. However the keyboard is silver with white backlighting. Unless you are looking directly downwards it is hard to see which key is which.

The hinge near the charger port is very weak. After 2 years mine is starting to separate and I may need to replace the charger port. Other than that, its a great laptop!

This computer was an urgently needed purchase to allow some of my employees to quickly begin working from home, due to COVID-19, and it completely fit the bill!

I finally found the perfect computer. The best laptop keyboard ever! Sound is terrific. It is a little on the heavy side but all the other features make up for it!

Fast boot, love the design. The backlit keyboard on silver keys has taken a bit to get accustom to coming from black keyboard, but so far so good. Would recommend.

I'm a TV person and the vivid color makes my viewing experience so much more enjoyable.

I finally got myself a laptop with a quick processor. Also, I like the silver color. I could be in a pitch black room and the screen illuminates the keyboard.

Very nice touch screen. Could have used more of a tutorial to learn functions on computer and Word 10 product since it's so different from my old computer.

purchased several HP envys already, and still good deal. They have some stuff you may not need so only buy what you need, but this package was good for my use, so worth the upgrade from the basic HP with less RAM

The staff in the computer section are exception. Always willing to answer questions even if you're not purchasing. There is a reason they call it "Best Buy!"

Love my new laptop. The ease of learning how to use it is wonderful. Have had no problem with it at all. It does everything I need in a home computer.

It took us a little time to figure it out, we are not geeks, lol, but once we put google on it it popped right up, we couldnt figure out the bing on it.

This laptop has power to spare! I love it! I chose this model for the keypad and cd/dvd drive. I didn't have to purchase external drives. Love it!

The first computer I bought did not work after getting it set up. My Computer Tech had to take it back to Best Buy and get another computer. You may want to buy the protection agreement when buying this computer, as if it is not set up and working properly within a few days your computer is not covered. This is the first time I ever had this issue. I have bought computers and electronics from Best Buy in the past and never had an issue. Just a bad computer I guess.

Have used this several times while working from home. It's convenient to relocate if I need more space and does everything I require from a computer.
