Really enjoy my new HP Envy computer with Windows 10 and Office 365 works like a champ. So happy with this purchase since I updated from office XP Pro. I would recommend this computer to anyone who ask.

The large screen with the calculator next to the keyboard is wonderful. It is fast and the picture quality is really good.

Plusses: Great video, good sound, keyboard lights up, USB-C port, decent performance, Best Buy had it in stock. Cons: Only one internal drive bay, no SSD in standard configuration, no Blu-Ray drive, only 3 USB-3 ports, had to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, has one of those infernal HP proprietary power supplies. My sense is that the machine isn't as fast as my previous Core 5 machine. But once I get the SSD drive in to replace the default spinner, we'll see. Overall, it's a pretty good laptop - not particularly portable but it's a desktop replacement and not really meant to travel much.

Only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was the hassle I had when I first started doing stuff on it. Every time I right clicked on a folder to change the name, the loading circle would pop up and the entire desktop would refresh itself. After doing a little researching online, this is a known issue with these laptops. You have to go into the Registry Keys and change the value of 1 of 3 possible regkeys. It's not a big deal, but just annoying enough to keep it from being a 5 star rating. Other than that, extremely pleased with the display, the feel of the keys, and battery life.

I bought this computer as an emergency replacement after my previous laptop's motherboard bricked. I was pleased with the price of this computer and was surprised with how fast the computer boots up compared to my previous computer which had a hybrid SSD. While I haven't used the touchscreen on this computer -- that's what I have a tablet for, I like the option of being able to use computer like a tablet, but with the horsepower of a full computer if I were to need to do so.

Fast start up, able to do CAD drawing for blueprints and designs. The display is very good and it has a great feel.

I got this computer to do a graduate class using AutoCAD. This computer can handle big programs like that well. Perfect computer for movie editing, photo editing or 3D drafting.

I purchased the Envy 10.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 with 16GB Memory and 1TB Hard Drive from Best Buy a few weeks ago. This was my first Laptop with touch-screen capability. I had The Geeksquad transfer all of the data from my previous Laptop to my new Envy Touchscreen. As a retired snowbirder with declining vision, I really appreciate the convenience of having my large screen Laptop Computer to take along with me during my travels in my Motorhome.

excellent video and sound, lots of memory, storage, etc. has an internal CD/DVD drive which is a rarity these days

A couple of items. The battery does not last very long. Fully charged to shutdown is approximately 3-1/2 hours if you are using the computer at all. Cannot remove the battery so basically leave it plugged in all the time. Keyboard looks nice but hard to read in bright light. Little things but a great computer.

Good computing power - multi-tasking no longer as much of a drain on CPU. I like the screen size and clarity, the Mac-like calendar and weather features, etc., but transition from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge was not at all smooth in terms of offering user guidance and basic tasks such as copying favorites over from old PC. Others may have use for touch screen but this seems like more of a fad type feature that won't have staying power. Biggest gripe is this Ask Cortana feature which is invasive. MS still doesn't understand uyser preference for privacy.

This PC is great for home or office and has great performance processor and amazing screen. VERY RECOMMENDED

Easy to use. Set up was easy. Has all the features I wanted and love the larger screen. HP has great reputation

This is a very nice laptop. I have not had any problems with it and it is very fast.
