My old one was dying, I had to do something fast and was afraid to try Windows 10 but I didn't have much choice. I am so happy that I did! This computer is so fast compared to my old one plus I have loads of space on here for photos and video that I take and record with recording software. I can run multiple streams and be in ustream chats at the same time without it dragging one little bit. You would never know all that is going on in the background while I navigate around the net in between checking cams and chat. Excellent choice!

I have purchased a lot of computers through Best Buy. This PC is by far the best PC I have purchased. It had everything I wanted for a great price. So Pros: I7 processor is fast and reliable. 1TB HDD and 16GB ram has a lot power to for the purposes I need it for. I am a student and have many windows open at once. I have not noticed any lag or latency while working or browsing. 17 inch display is fantastic. I can have 2 windows open side by side and and not have to scroll from side to side to view the entire page. Speakers are amazing. Cons: The only negative is that the case has a sharp edge and is a bit uncomfortable when carrying it with one hand. Overall this PC is a HUGE value I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing extra computing power.

Had it for a few weeks. Price was good, like the looks and feel of working with it. Audio and screen above average. Only negative it loads slower than I expected and while a core I 7 not much faster than my older side by side I use that is a core I 5. Both are HPs and 17inch.

When I started my search for a new laptop I was sure I wanted a 17 in. screen and that was it. I found that that size is not real popular so there weren't really a lot of choices. But I had a HP previously and was happy with it so I came across this one I decided to give HP another shot. And I'm happy to say that I am very happy with my choice. Not being tech savoy this is not a technical review. I just want to say that it runs great, easy to set up and no problems so far. So I'm very happy with this laptop.

Love the size of this laptop. It is easy to use & seeing screen. Like that it is also a touch screen. Would recommend to friends.

I am very satisfy with this new HP laptop. Overall it run pretty fast and nice graphic, although this laptop is pretty heavy.

I have had several HP products and still use an All in One, but I needed a laptop as well. I had bought a larger model, but decided I didn't like the size. It was so easy to exchange, it was done very professionally and quickly. I love everything about the machine so far! It is fast, great storage capacity, and lightweight. The touchpad is easy to use, but I also bought a wireless mouse.

Researched this laptop thoroughly before purchasing. It has everything, and then some, that you could want on a laptop. Love the 17 inch touch screen, and all the features it has. Would highly recommend.

I've had this computer for a week and I love it. Very fast and I love the large screen. The only negative is the weight.

After working an HP laptop computer to its limit for over six years, it was finally time to replace it. Of course, my success with an HP laptop computer drew me to this one!! In addition to improvements in processor speed, it has a beautiful 17.3 lighted screen and a lighted keyboard (which I knew that I really wanted). Needless to say, I am not disappointed with my purchase, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this laptop computer to anyone in search of a FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!!

I love HP computers, but first replaced with a Lenovo, until I dropped it and then got an ASUS. Nothing compares with an HP.... so when I replaced my ASUS I decided I had enough experimenting with other computers and decided to go back to HP... I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I never left. HP ENVY's are FABULOUS. My last HP was a pavilion.... sound system is the BEST I ever had, the storage and memory are phenomenal. So, so glad I have my ENVY.

This is a great laptop with so many neat features. I went from a 10yr old Windows Vista laptop to this and it was sooooo easy. I had 10 yrs of technology to catch up on. I especially love how when it is in the sleep mode all you have to do is gently brush your hand over the keyboard area and it comes back on! I have yet to learn all the features but i really am glad i spent the extra $$ for this laptop. The on screen keyboard is really neat too!

This laptop is very big and heavy, but the large screen is great. It runs quite well most of the time.

I hated my Toshiba laptop and it had finally started to die on me, so I drove over to Best Buy to talk to someone about a new laptop. I do a bit of online gaming and wanted something that could handle the graphics, etc. This HP laptop does not disappoint! I can work, play games, email and surf the web with no problem. It's fast and since it's an HP, I know it is going to last (I have owned HP laptops in the past...never again will I stray!).

Solid feeling computer with built in DVD reader writer. Great screen. Plenty of storage and speed.

I purchased this computer as an upgrade from an HP laptop that is 6 years old. This has excellent speed and has worked smoothly since I opened the box. The specs seem to meet all my needs which is almost everything except gaming. It is a CPU replacement in order to conserve space. As such, I have not used the touch screen as much as if it were always mobile, but I look forward to learning how to use the touch capacity in my home environment.

I have much to learn about this computer, but so far I have found it easy to use, fast and powerful.

I bought this laptop for exclusive use in my business. It has out performed my greatest expectations! Powerful and lightweight!!! I'm thinking of buying another!!!
