This is a high end well designed computer. The screen is large and clear and the keypad is outstanding. Very good looking computer and I would highly recommend it even thought the price is a bit high. You get what you pay for with this computer.

I was waiting for a long time for the price to drop. This computer is a little bit older but it still is a I7 With 16GB of memory, DVD drive and a network jack.it also has a touch screen. My only regret is that the video card is not VR ready.

Screen size is what I wanted for my son. Works great and very sturdy.

My previous laptop was outdated and lagging in processing power. I checked around on the internet, looking for an upgrade to a more powerful yet easy-to-use laptop. Behold...I came upon this HP Envy 17.3inch touchscreen device. All reviews I read about it were on average 4.5 stars. I had to see this in person. Of course, my first thought was "go to BestBuy." I walked in and there it was. I checked out other laptop devices. I looked at the 2in1 devices. None came even close to what I needed. This HP Envy is so quick in processing data and editing videos and photos it makes me look good at what I enjoy to do. The salesman from BestBuy was indeed very knowledgeable about all the devices they had for sale. He was very helpful in my decision to purchase the product. I'm grateful for BestBuy and HP to make my dreams come true.

I was looking for a new laptop at a decent price. I wanted better quality than what I had before with my old Compaq. After a few weeks of research looking at several different laptops at several different places. I chose the Envy. I had originally not even looked at these because I thought none of them come with a dvd/cd drive. However I was excited to learn this particular model did. Although pricey for a laptop compared to some this laptop has it all! Touch screen, optical drive, webcam, backlit keyboard, memory card reader. Plus 1TB hard drive and 16GB Ram all with the latest Intel processor. I didn't originally plan to spend this much on a laptop but I decided to give it a shot. I love this computer. by far the best one I have owned. If your in the market for a higher end laptop I would suggest this laptop. It will not disappoint!

We are using this laptop to run Windows 10 and Microsoft HyperV is a demo setup for work. its running 3 HyperV instances and doesn't even sweat. Even though its a big foot print, its light and has a great screen and excellent battery life.

Love this product! Does everything I need it do and more! Still learning what all it does and windows 10 but so far so good! I needed a new laptop since my old one died on me and this one far surpasses the old one both in speed and function.

I purchased this computer after my other computer failed to boot up any longer. This is one of the few computers sold in the store with a CD/DVD drive built in. So far it is more than I expected with a lot of features for the money. The touch screen isn't used to often since this is not a tablet and the track pad takes a bit to get used to because the right/left click buttons are incorporated into the track pad as one. I would of given it five stars; however, it failed to boot up/froze about two weeks after purchasing it and took several attempts of shutting down the computer to get it going again. I think it is a Windows 10 issue, so I will keep an eye on it.

I like the look of this notebook and the speed and performance is just what I expected. I have not had a chance to set up the files I need to work with it as I planned. I use my desktop which is new as well. But I will set this computer up at my leisure. It will enable me to work away from home.

Well built laptop as far as features go. Touch screen is useful and very powerful. The battery life is the only real downfall. Burns out in a couple hours of standard use. Bit pricey as well. But overall a good buy. I mostly use apple computers, which is still the best laptop by far.

This laptop has the power a CD:DVD tray and enough ports including the new C port for my (hobby) editing video and pictures. The touch screen,light up keyboard and facial recognition are awesome. Battery life could be better

This laptop is amazing!!! I love the screen size and resolution. The storage is great and I have had no problems with it thus far. I love the touch screen when I'm designing projects. I am so glad I purchased this HP!

The HP Envy 17.3 Touch Screen laptop is a lot of computer. This laptop is a little on the heavy side. I am pleased with my purchase with the exception of the battery life. A better quality battery would definitely be a plus. Other than that, I would recommend this laptop.

This computer is perfect for my teenage honor student. It had the popular features she wanted and met the demands she needed. As usuall the Best Buy associated was extremely helpful in helping make the best purchase! He helped me understand the all the computer jargon so that I could make the best choice for what we needed.

I broke my computer and was in desperate need for a new one. Best Buy is my electronic go to place for such purchases. The employee that helped me showed me what fell into my requirements and also went out of his way to look for discounts for me, without me even asking, he was very helpful! My biggest disappointment is that I had to downgrade screen size. I had a previous version of the same computer from about 4 years ago and I bought the biggest screen size available to due to my poor eye sight as well as constant use of the computer. I still got the largest screen size available however had to sacrifice about 2 inches! I still have my 10-key which I love, and my keyboard also lights up which is awesome! I do not utilize the touch screen often and even most times forget I even have it, but it is a cool feature in certain aspects but would have bought the computer without the feature if possible.

Very reliable, beautiful screen, i love the facial recognition . I hope it had the 360 feature, it would make it the best reading and movie screen ever. It is not solid material as the 360 15'. Battery is good, how ever not as advertised! And doesn't last long.

Overall I thought that the putchase of the HP was a good choice. I love the larger screen for the work that I do and the needs that I have. There is just one issue that I am getting used to. The keyboard is positioned much differently on this computer than any other computer that I have ever had. There is a lot of space between the mouse and the key board which makes hand positioning awkward. I chose to putchase a wireless mouse and keyboard which has normal settings and hand positions for which I am more accustomed.

I needed to have another computer in my job but have limited space. This laptop was the answer. This works perfectly in my very small home office. I have no complaints, great screen size, keyboard, sound, etc.
