This laptop has better speed, more features and space than my previous HP laptop. Just hope this laptop performs as well for as long as the older laptop. Very satisfied so far. Good price on new laptop.

Still a little early to tell for sure but so far it's great. It's fast and really user friendly

Our son is into gaming and he plays many demanding, interactive video games (like Grand Theft Auto, etc). The graphics and performance are excellent and he has been very satisfied with this computer.

I purchased this laptop to replace a old worn out desktop computer. This works well, has a giant screen and is fast. What I like, is it's easy to move around the house, or take to out place on the beach.

Was drawn to this computer by size of the screen, prominence of keyboard and great reviews; got my coveted DVD player and a great open- box deal ...so far all boxes checked and systems are all GO!!!

This laptop was purchased for use in a bookkeeping business. The wide screen makes opening up spreadsheets wide and easy. The spry quickness allows me to keep up and keep my business moving swiftly. Set up was quick, I was working withn 15 minutes.

Love this laptop! Amazing speed & quality! The graphics are great. Easy to set up. Worth the money even though it's upper price. I do school work on it and its great for that or playing video games.

The computer is lightweight and the larger screen provides great graphics. I don't like the touchpad without right and left buttons. I am a computer user, not some teeny-bopper "smart phone" user.

I got it with a good deal on line for my daughter. It a great and powerf ul laptop we waited forva long time. I lt could handle a lot of graphic works and the hd screen makes them beautiful

My only complaints are that the touch pad mouse is not always immediately responsive. I will be adding a wireless mouse to improve response. And, inscriptions on keys can be difficult to see in low light conditions. Otherwise, a beautiful picture on screen and laptop functionality is excellent.

The HP Envy 17inch I purchased is an awesome machine. I upgraded from a 2012 HP. The Intel i7 and 16 gigs of memory really speed things up. Screen is nice and bright. The 2gig GeForce gpu is great for gaming. It will run The Witcher 3 on medium setting at a smooth 58 fps. I am very happy with this purchase. Got it on sale for $475. Regular price is around $1100.

It was fast and easy to set up. It runs extremely fast! I haven't had any problems with it. It has all the functions of a desktop computer, plus more - all rolled into being a great laptop!

This is the seventh laptop I've owned and can't believe what a great improvement it is over my last one. The PC does it all. It has a touch-screen, a great DVD player, and is blazing fast.

We bought this for our grown son who was going back to college. He said it is wonderful and the best laptop we could have got him. It has lots of space and runs and loads very quickly

I needed a new laptop and chose the HP Envy. I like the keyboard which makes it nice and easy to type on. Also, the screen is a good size. I hope it will continue to work for a long time.

This is a great computer for the price. Lots of memory touch screen feature makes navigating easy. Only thing that could be improved is the speakers other than that we love it.

Good unit. Great HD display, fast processor and full keyboard. Unlike a lot of keyboards this one has a back light and is not mushy. Seems to have a good ventilation system.

Amazingly fast, great sound and nice touch screen! My only concern is that it is HEAVY! I can not comfortably pick up the laptop using only hand. Other than that, we love it!

runs quiet; good color in picture; running programs seem to be reasonable; very glad to have a cd-drive built in to the unit (often hard to find); good price for the unit

Have had this laptop now for 2 months and no problems so far. Use paint shop pro, no problems. Graphic are great, sound is good. Start time is good. Easy to set up and use.
