I did have it upgraded to WINDOWS 10, and a 256 SSD installed instead of the 1TB 5400 rpm HDD that came with it, and only issue I have is I get warning messages that that the recovery partition is almost out of room. Seems to be an issue to some. Not a problem, more of an annoyance.

This laptop is great. It will be even better once windows 10 fixes the bugs. Has not been slow once. Not being used to touch screens, I don't use it that much. I'm looking to use this computer for the next 6 years. I hope the hardware keeps up.

My laptop has a metal case which makes it heavier than most laptops in the market but it also has better protection than most laptops in the market. The screen has great resolution and the computer is fast with the intel Core i7 processor.

I was looking for a Dell tower CPU but I am very disappointed that most Best Buy stores carry limited stock when you need something and that is not a good attraction for customers who are forced to shop online. This made me buy the all in one which is good for the money.

Powerful computer can handle most jobs Some problems with a couple keys until they got broken in. Microphone and audio did not function for a few days prior to windows 10 update. I like dragon for dictation

I bought this for my son to take to college. He loves it! He uses it to do everything! School work, watch movies, video chat with friends, play games...literally everything!

This is my first laptop, I wanted one with a DVD Drive, fast, large Hard Drive and a Numeric Keypad on the right like a desktop.

I consider this an excellent choice, does everything I need and more. easy to set-up and easy to use. I would recommend checking into this model for anyone .......

From the time I entered the store until the time the purchase was made, was a great experience. I was directed to the correct area, the sales person was knowledgeable, and the checkout people were very courteous.

This is a good machine for a college student or someone who is looking for a desktop replacement. Will play some games but the 940M is a little behind the times. Otherwise nice product.

I bought this laptop for my son who wants to major in video game design. So far it has handled all the software he has thrown at it. It is really light for a 17 inch screen so it isn't hard to travel with.

I bought this laptop to replace my desktop. It functions just fine and is easy to navigate, think that is a Windows 10 thing. Not had any problems with this laptop in the month or so since I have had it.
