The computer was very easy to start up and get loaded with what I need to do my job. The touch screen is pretty cool, but I'm constantly wiping off the screen from my finger prints & oil. The sound system is high even though it was not something that mattered to me at the time of the purchase

Bought this laptop for my freshman student entering college engineering program. Does everything it needs to do according to the Dean of Engineering Sciences! Great buy for the price.

I needed a computer with a lot of umph, but didn't realize the battery would only give me 1.5 hours at the MOST! The specs were bragging about up to six hours...the most I've EVER gotten was right at an hour-and-a-half...disappointed! Otherwise, everything seems ok after a week.

so I purchased this computer for the use of networking as that's what I'm going to college for but I also use it for gaming. This computer has a nvidia GeForce 940 graphics card which runs fallout 3 and new Vegas, CS:GO And all dark souls games at high and ultra settings perfectly! If you're thinking about a Mac or a PC I always recommend PC

So far so good. I love the screen size, storage space and processor speed. The only think I'm not too thrilled with is the mouse. It's a little slow but since it's a touch screen it's not too big of a deal.

I bought this to replace my old HP. It came with Windows 8 but I upgraded to Windows 10 with no problems and no slowdown. The touchscreen is alright, but what I really love about the laptop is how powerful and quiet it is.

This laptop is defiantly larger than your average laptop, and that's a great thing. And the disk drive only adds to the other great features this laptop has to offer.

This computer is an incredible deal. You get a computer worth way more than its price. Only draw backs are the hp TouchPad isn't the best per usual and the computer does gaming very well but it tends to frame lag when gaming in very high resolution.

The touchpad is annoying along with some of the features of Windows 10. Wish Geek Squad would have removed the McAfee software before upgrading the o/s to win10. Now I can't find Mcafee to get rid of it, and get constant notifications. The lighted keyboard keys is great, but would have been nice for HP to mention how to turn it on. I don't believe that the battery life is as advertised. I should have gone to a different location the get the same laptop that had beats audio instead. There is a constant reminder of a update from HP for Fingerprint Security but this laptop does not have that option. Fingerprints show up all over the keyboard. Really tacky

Great laptop for me so far. Having no problems with it what soever. Good ergonomics, I'm not constantly using the touch pad by accident. Speed has been good and no issues with the upgrade to Windows 10.

Love HP products. The new HP Envy Laptop is easy to use, love the large touch screen great for hidden object games.

RUNS GREAT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BATTERY IS POOR LAST MAYBE 2 HOURS IF YOUR LUCKY.. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I HAVE OTHER BRANDS ALSO BUT THAT ONE IN QUESTION IS REAL NICE .

Fast and pretty much do all my business on it along with the excellent battery life.

I bought the HP Envy for my office and after having all the office programs installed by a programmer, costing me over $100 in fees. and then found out some of the keys were not working at all like the # 9 and some of them were just slow to respond, so I had to drive back to Best Buy 54 miles each way to exchange it for another one, and I got to pay to have it programmed again, new one works better but when switching from one task to another quickly it will jam up, the whole feel when typing is cheapy..... Other than that it's that I love it, nice big screen, fairly weight and the battery really does last 6 hours.

I have found only one downside to this model... it is heavy. Everything else is a positive. I love the backlit keyboard and the double finger scrolling on the touchpad and the beautiful screen.

I bought this for my husband who needed a new laptop but needs a bigger screen. He loves the size and the i7 processor is awesome. He loves this pc! Prob won't need a new one for a long time.

I was origionaly planning to buy the 15" version, but the memory, ram and processing speed on this device won me over. I love it. It does everything I wanted it to plus. Highly recommend!

We are happy with this purchase. It is fast and reliable. Got it to replace a desktop unit since we travel a lot and needed to save space, weight, etc. but didn't want to lose function.

Excellent laptop with lots of memory for my IT student daughter going to college. She wanted a large screen and it was still light enough for her to carry and work with it on her lap.

Handles all my performance needs with work and gaming. All my games are running on max graphics and have no frame rate issues. I was glad to get this. Plus the price was awesome!
