Nice computer,but would expect more for the price

The letter "c" doesn't work properly, and I don't want to leave my laptop with the Geek Squad because they take too long to fix stuff and I can't be without my computer. Should not have any issues with such a high priced unit.

Decent entry- level gamer laptop!

So far, this computer is far better (may be even better than the previous Dell). The new AT&T gear may have helped some buy we'll take it where we can. It has a decent amount of RAM (16 Gb), an adequate video card (a Geforce 940M - I believe), and am excellent processor (i7).

I just cant get it to go into sleep mode on its own. I have read that that was an issue with other users.

Great computer for the price

The reason I do not like Windows 8 is due to some of the applications I use do not work properly with this version of windows. I wanted Windows 7 but it was not offered so I will purchase Windows 7 and use it until all bugs are resolved in Windows 10

Despite the loss of the HP Simplepass biometric fingerprint reader, Windows could allow use of a keyboard pin (nice when watching a movie) which can be entered with your wireless mouse.

Very happy with purchase

I've had a similar HP for several years and it finally wore out and this has been a nice smooth transition. While it has some upgrades over what I had, it is very easy to make the switch over with great familiarity.
