I had some trouble changing from older operating systems. But after working with it, I can't live without it. It's super fast and easy to use. I get my computer work done even faster.

Everything about this computer is great, I'm just not personally a fan of Windows 8 so it made some of the features a little hard to use at first. Very nice design, well put together.

I like this product but, it is an adjustment from a regular laptop. Can't sit in the chair and work with the keyboard as easily. Great for reading on line.

The touchscreen is really nice. The keyboard isn't great. It has keys that stick or don't always connect. Annoying . Great computer for the price

Great 2 in 1 for beginners. A bit bulky, but not to bad. very sensitive touch screen and no cases for it. Besides that is a great pc device.

Nice screen, keyboard, weight. Little bigger than Surface Pro so liked that feature. Still getting used to Windows 8 and all the APPS but comes with a lot of them already pre-loaded. One issue still trying to resolve is when it goes to sleep, it disconnects from internet and have to restart to reconnect.

The technology is a little advanced for me, but the more I have played around with it, the more I like it. Lightweight, versatile, fast.

I love that this computer is a hybrid, that is what I was looking for. the speakers aren't very loud, especially for beats.

My job allows me to work remote and this is the perfect device for that. I was able to walk around Lowes - working, while my wife was shopping for flowers. I also use this as a DVD player (via network drive for storage) to watch movies while on the treadmill. I will also be purchasing another one for my wife as she loves this as well.

My wife's laptop was dying, so we needed to replace it. We wanted a tablet-style that was lighter weight than the laptop we were replacing. We looked at this HP and were impressed with the stats, compared with the Surface Pro 3. The HP has more RAM, a larger screen, same type of bluetooth keyboard, and weights about the same.

This was a beautiful 2 in 1, which my son recommended for me, but it cost more than they used to. I returned it, just because the screen was smaller and I had difficulty seeing and navigating around it. I ended up buying a larger screen HP laptop which is much easier for me to use, especially since I very seldom travel with it. I am sure a younger person with better eyesight and more computer experience would love it,

The product and features are excellent, but I've discovered that the use of the machine as a tablet is difficult for two reasons. Even without keyboard it's tiring to hold, and the second is there is no easy way to hand-hold stand it up to use onscreen keypad. But for the price it's a great machine. The surface pro is much faster and more responsive to touch, but one pays twice as much for it.

In my opinion it may not be as snappy as a quality Android tablet, but it is a great Windows tablet. The Intel Core M processor and product design make it not need any vents or fans like other Windows tablets such as the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. I have not had it get excessively hot yet. I also like the SSD hard drive, so less chance of damage and data loss if dropped. So far battery life and performance have been more than enough for my needs with even video streaming and mid-range gaming. Every once in a great while the Wifi shows connected but no data, requiring a Restart. But I have seen similar issues on almost every other mobile computer device I have used, so I doubt this is a unique problem to this device.
