I just bought this laptop about 2 weeks ago and I’m loving it so far. Very fast and the screen is so clear.

Great machine. I like the speed of it as well as the backlit keyboard. Very light.

Battery life is ridiculous. I can also play games on it if I turn the settings down. It does have a pretty decent GPU. Backlid keyboard is very bright and easy to see at night. I like how slim and quiet it is. I almost never hear the fan come on. Would recommend!

The service of Best Buy was very appropriate and I really liked the laptio efficiency. It is smooth and extremely flexible. The graphics and processor is too sharp and I have been using this laptop since 8 months and quite happy with the product.

Have been using for the last one month. Very handy and light weight. Responses have been quite fast and very impressive.

I have had this hp laptop now for a little over a year. It is a good laptop, being able to plan out my wedding, family events and functions, do work related projects and others on it. I did notice that it is starting to slow down a bit. I will need to clean it up and remove some files to an external hard drive to help free up some space. Others, it's a good sturdy laptop.

A great laptop. I like the ability o use it as a tablet or a regular laptop. Plenty fast enoung and i typically use it to power a portable monitor with no problems

Wonderful sleek laptop. Nice touchscreen until i dropped it. But get the protection plan. Well worth it. In repair immediately. Can't wait too get it back.

Great value for money. Well built. The screen is nice and responsive. Speakers were a bit flat but for the price its hard to expect anything better.

The laptop is exactly what I was looking for and needed. I returned a previous one to a different company that sold me an outdated laptop that was given more memory. I was not aware of this till the sales rep at Best Buy informed me. Also the very first expensive docking bay way was not needed either. The sales rep at Best Buy showed me the one I needed and it’s working great! He definitely saved me many headaches and cursing. He also saved me a lot of money. I did tip him for his advice and help he provided me. I recommend this guy and store to everyone!

This has been a great work and personal computer. One of the main features I needed was multiple USB ports and an HDMI port, which is not available on other computers. Overall, very satisfied.

Great laptop, super convenient. Has great specs, the screen is super nice. Built-in speakers are mid but wear headphones don't be cheap

Great 2 in 1 laptop. We bought this for our son’s online classes, and he loves the touchscreen and ability to zoom so easily. It really helps with reading assignments. However, after about 1 month, the speaker only works intermittently. On Zoom, he can hear his teachers, but they can’t hear him.

This laptop is very good for college. Am currently using it for my studies. Touch screen is a feature it also has but don't use it that much. Backlight keyboard is also a plus. If you need a good laptop 2 in 1 for college I can recommend this.

Love the laptop, bought it open box without a charger. It would have been nice if the best buy staff could have worked with me to lower the price so or included a 3rd party charger but the laptop is great!

Beautiful light weight and fast. My go to laptops will aleays be HP. Best processing system and memory capacity.
