    Great laptop for the price - we got on sale for $550 after taxes. Be aware that it has a reflective screen, not a matte one. Can only be an issue when outside. Touchscreen works as expected.

    This is the perfect machine for doing office based work. Spreadsheets, word documents and surfing the web for research is in its prime efficiency zone. Works like a charm, started up easily. Don’t get this if you want to do gaming. It’s compact and relatively light, the display is a little small unless you have a monitor to hook up

    Was looking for a new laptop for my wife. We looked and many on display and chose the Envy because it was the right size, it was an HP . My wife really likes it and says it is just the right size for a computer.

    Amd did a great job with the ryzen 5 cpu. Very fast, efficient (8hr battery life) but on hp’s end its garbage. Full of defects. Built like crap. I would not recommend this laptop at all. Worst of all is the system is overall glicthy and unreliable. Bluescreens are very common on this laptop. 2-10 for me
