I like this 14" laptop by HP. My only conokaibst is the speaker aounnd is not loud enough. I remedied that with a set of exterior speakers though.

For the first 6 months of owning this laptop I would say that it was pretty good... until 2 days ago. I was scrolling online and my screen went black. Then a blue screen popped up. I called HP customer support and was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get help. The representative on the phone tried to sell me a $40 flash drive to reinstall Windows. I declined because it should be covered by a 1 year warranty. I then called Best Buy and they told me to drive to the store and they can take a look at it. I drove for an hour to the store and they told me that the representative was dead wrong. I needed a $450 part that was covered by the warranty. It is going to take over a month for me to get my laptop back. I purchased this laptop as a student and am very disappointed in its quality. I am worried to see what will happen after the warranty is over. I would steer clear of this laptop, and would buy something else. If I was going to give an analogy here is what I would say: Imagine if you buy a car and the engine blows up after 10,000 miles, then the engine is covered by the warranty but will take over a month to get back and then they leave you without a car when you still have to get to work. The company then replaces your engine with the same exact engine that has a history for blowing up, and expects you to keep the car with no extra warranty. Would you do that? I don't think so and this is what Best Buy did to me. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone, I wish I had purchased another model or brand.

Could be a tad lighter and slimmer but otherwise really like the functionality of it being a two in one. Fun to use.

I am impressed with my new laptop. The quality and functionality is amazing when transitioning from professional or causal usage. I recommend this product.

Laptop gets hot really fast and does not have good battery quality

It's hard to use it. I'm not a tech person, the functions are slightly different from my old Surface. Good help from Geek Squad. I have to get an appointment to learn some little things I need to do (30 minutes and it's free).

The pen that you have to buy separate is Necessary! My daughter has created some great work with it. I give it a 4 because it does not automatically come with the purchase.

I love this laptop. Everything about setting it up to using it is seamless! Fazaan, my sales person at the Everett store was amazing!

I return the computer because I bought the new one more bigger 1 Tb and I’m not use this computer yet.

I like this series of computer but wish to swift to Apple Mac Pro 3 or 4 if there is on sale with a good price

This an great laptop i love the way i can rotate the screen while im doing my school work. It is great for business work.
