    Laptop arrived dysfunctional. Had to return and the sale price had expired. We were going to have to pay almost twice as much for the same computer. The reason this is getting 3 stars instead of 1 is that Best Buy identified a better computer on a better sale, so we upgraded and saved money. So the review is more for Best Buy saving the day, but the replacement unit is also pretty stellar and is also an HP.

    I would not recommend this computer. It consistently disconnects from the internet taking anywhere from 15-45 minutes to reconnect, making it impossible to get any school work done. I have had it for 15 days. I missed the return window by 1 day thinking it was my internet but realized too late it’s the computer.

    I would give this a higher review if the laptop didn't stop working after 4 months and it had only be used 3 tiems. being told that HP will do nothing for me because the warranty doesn't cover unless I send in to see what needs fixed and may have to pay over half of what the laptop is worth. still trying to get answers.
