Worked for 3 full days!

Took it on my for my work trip and dead! Taking it back to store - luckily its been just a week into purchase and can be returrned. Very frsutrating considering how long it takes to set up and dead with 3 days.

Junk Model

Purchased just 2 months back and it failed within a month. No boot device recognized. Sent it to HP. After it came back within 2 days the same problem. The main problem is the laptop is being used by my daughter and I have to drive 300 miles to have bestbuy send this to HP for repairs. If I had know HP laptop are so bad I would not have purchased this laptop model. SSD's are are more reliable than the regular HDD's. But I am not sure what junk SSD's are installed on these laptops

DO NOT BUY HP COMPUTERS

Had this computer for 6 weeks and then would not turn on. HP customer support was unhelpful and sent box to send computer in for repair... which will take two weeks. HP wouldn't overnight the box either which will add an additional 3 days. I found this is a chronic problem for this HP computer and very disappointed Best Buy does not inform customers.

The item was delivered next day however there was a missing charger for the Laptop purchased. The Best buy store and the customer service department says for an Excellent item there can be missed parts for which they are not responsible and are not ready to help any means and are not ready to take compliant for Open Box purchases. BE CAREFUL while buying items from BEST BUY . Fraudsters.

A thief bought this

Then they returned it for Apple products in North Carolina. I can't believe they were able to get away with this.

The wifi disconnects randomly and will say it has full bars. Bluetooth sometimes doesn’t work while saying it’s connected to a device when it isn’t.
