Excellent customer service, with the Executive giving me all options available and why each product is VFM (Value for Money). He showed me options on Financing, why I should go for extended warranty, took pains to allow me to check the product. I was looking at another Laptop for myself, since this was for my daughter. I bought the second one also and without any regrets. Thanx Best Buy

I really like my new HP 14” Envy laptop thus far. I watch Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV+ quite a bit so I appreciate a sharp image on my movie viewing app. I’m noticing video could be sharper. I wonder if there is something I can do, hence 4 stars.

The packaging is super cute and elegant, just like the design of the laptop. The material feels luxurious, it has very good resolution, very nice colors, and the illuminated keyboard is super useful. I've had this laptop for a few weeks now and so far I haven't had any problems.

I had a really good experience in purchasing this laptop. The store rep in newport Jersey City was very helpful, and pointed me to pick up this laptop in the American Dreams store. The pick up was quick and the tech support person was extremely helpful and nice. The laptop quality overall is very nice.
