Customer Ratings & Reviews

I definitely recommend this product! I love it and use it for school.

My new laptop is so fast it gives me whiplash. I love it!

I had a really good experience in purchasing this laptop. The store rep in newport Jersey City was very helpful, and pointed me to pick up this laptop in the American Dreams store. The pick up was quick and the tech support person was extremely helpful and nice. The laptop quality overall is very nice.

Its very good. The display is wonderful. The battery dies in 3hrs when actively using it. Super speed.

Love it so far! Perfect laptop for graphic and web design.

Works very fast. The screan settings are very good.

Great HP laptop! Startup is fast. Runs fast. Pleased.

I had to choose between a MacBook or this HP Envy and this one had way more features and functions!! The quality and design are 10/10 for me as a student and the costumer service at Best Buy was very helpful… we even got free virus protection!! Highly recommend for students who need to use several programs and want to stay on a budget!!

Delivered late, but the laptop is good and the performance is good as well. I recommend this laptop to use.

this laptop was a laptop that can be considered to be a very good laptop.

great computer for college students and home users

Good computer. I bit expensive but got it on sale for black Friday. Seems to work well, have had no issues thus far. Great 2 in 1 system. The sound and resolution are fine for what I need it for. If you game or use it for video/ photo editing, I recommend a more powerful system.

Full-fledged computing power in a nice little 2-in-1 package. My only "criticism" is I wish it were lighter. Processing-wise the i7 EVO is Suh-Weet! The screen is crystal clear, and the keyboard, while small in form-factor, has a nice feel to it. Definitely worth a consideration!

Good size and overall great laptop, just a little heavier than I thought

The reviews and the specs on this laptop were all very good. And along with that it was on sale and was an outstanding deal for the price considering the amount of memory and power. I haven’t completed set up yet; therefore I can’t honestly speak on its performance. But I’m trusting the reviews and specs.

good performance and video quality! Nice desing!!!

I am using it for one month now. This laptop has got good specs with tablet convertible and i7 processor it's super good, I am satisfied with that battery backup Got in flash sale for as low as 700$

Excellent purchase, love the product, it is a perfect laptop for all times, extremely practical. Super recommended if you want a modern and functional laptop.

I went into Best Buy, to get my daughter a laptop for college. The customer service was great. He took the time to explain the differences between laptops and helped us pick a laptop my daughter loves for an affordable price.

I love the product. I had visit to best buy showroom north haven. Had a great experience. Unfortunately the product which i had selected was not available but i booked it on online i got it by next day itself.
