Very nice unit at this point (purchased in Oct 23) Everything you expect from a new laptop. One surprise to the negative was the keyboard layout. Previoius HP Envy had numerals also on the right side this model does not and only way I have dound to use numerals is across the top which is cumbersome for me at this point.

So far so good, will post again if I find something different.

I'm so happy with my recent purchase. The device is incredibly sleek, and the interface is beautiful. It runs lightning fast, and I'm convinced I got a steal at $699. It was definitely worth the investment! I even got a matching HP mouse and keyboard. I'm thrilled to say goodbye to the headache of slow and insufficient laptops.

Just the right amount of specs that I needed in a windows computer. HP quality throughout. This was a clearance item and well below market value when purchased. Very happy.

Speedy and a great, 100% NTSC screen. nice touch pad and good keyboard (except for the arrow keys which are so poorly laid out). BUT runs really, really hot. By default the fan doesn't spin much which makes it even worse, but even when you adjust the settings to make it run cool (with significantly more fan noise and less battery life ) it's still overly warm. This is a fine desktop machine, but not for your lap. At which point, why have a touch screen?

The computer is very easy to use. The gentlemen from The Geek Squad were helpful with me. I appreciated everything they did to set my computer up and to help me be comfortable using the new computer.

Switched from a MacBook to this for grad school. The sound could be better, sounds very muffled and the battery is awful. It always needs to be plugged in.
